Out Of Body Techniques There are a number of different Out Of Body techniques available for people to use to help them astral project. With every person being an individual, what works for one person will not necessarily work for another. Many people run into difficulties with various methods though, not because the method doesn’t work, they are not able to relax. Complete and total relaxation is essential to making any Out Of Body techniques successful. Part of the reason for the inability to relax is fear. This is very common with those that are just starting to relearn how to astral project. This fear comes from false beliefs that a person could die or be harmed because of the Out Of Body. In an effort to help squash those fears the Canterbury Institute, who is known for their occult studies, conducted a research study. Two thousand people were included in this study, all of the two thousand participated in the studies of the seven techniques of Out Of Body.. The findings of the institute confirmed that not one person, using the seven techniques of Out Of Body, were harmed in anyway. Even more important, the people in this study have also been followed during the past three years and not one person has complained of any problems. Now all concerns and fears can be put aside to rest. Lets take a look at seven of the techniques of Out Of Body that are pretty easy. These techniques have been successful for quite a few people, many in fact. One that is known is the Monroe and consist of seven steps of Out Of Body or the seven techniques of Out Of Body's:- * Initially just relax. It is most important for you to relax your mind and body. Many techniques are available to be used for relaxation. Breathing exercises are just one way. Deep breathing, a simple one, just deep breathing, slow and calmly. Inhale deeply and exhale deeply, relaxing all your muscles, one at a time. Tensing them and relaxing them, start with the toes and work your way up your whole body. Slowly and steadily. * Next induce a hypnotic state. This is where your body and mind are on the border of going to sleep. Don't go to sleep. Use another called the gazing method of focusing your mind on an object somewhere in the room while you are laying on a lounge or in bed. Focus, keep staring at it until you close your eyes and still see the object. * Once you can visualize the object when your eyes are closed you will need to take the state you are in deeper. A good method of doing this is glance around (with closed eyes) and notice what you are able to see. Its possible that you may see light patterns that are different, you may notice the room is veiled in purple. Don't take too much notice of this, once you cease seeing this light you will have successfully deepened your state. You are so totally relaxed now that you are no longer aware of your body physically. This is vital as per the Monroe Technique of Out Of Body. * This is the most vital step, according to Monroe. You to enter a state of Vibration. Many who have been practicing the seven techniques of Out Of Body, find that the vibrations are felt early in the projection. And they believe this is felt when you experience the astral body beginning to leave the physical body. Do not be afraid and feel the vibrations. * Control the vibration state. To accomplish this concentrate on the vibrations and succeed in getting them to move through the body. You do this using your mind, your desire is for your whole body to have the vibrations, like waves rolling over you. It will take practice for you to encourage these waves to start as you want. Once you can do this step you are ready to exit your body. * The component most keyed to Out Of Body and astral travel, is control of the vibrations using your mind. To strengthen control Monroe recommends you practice and use a "partial separation." Keep your mind focused on the action of leaving the physical body. First start with a hand or maybe a foot and go from the astral body. Stretching them to an object near you like a wall, floor or another familiar object. Now push your hand or foot through that object. When you have succeeded you can return your foot or hand back to your physical body. Slow the vibrations down ending the session. Stay in the position of laying down till your body returns to a fully awakened state.. There are other methods that you can try, such as the Rope Technique, the Gazing Method, and the Anchor Technique. Spend sometime trying different techniques to see which will work best for you. There is an Out Of Body technique for everyone. There are different methods for you to try. One method is the Rope Technique, also the Gazing Method, and then the Anchor Technique. Spending time trying these method to find which is suited to you. There is an Out Of Body technique for everyone. You just need to find one that is best for you. Your Body - Out Of Body Just about everyone has heard of Out Of Body before. You might have heard someone talking about it or read of it somewhere, perhaps seen it in a film. However, what most of us don’t know is that not only is Out Of Body real, but it’s something all of us can do – and you’ve probably even done it before, whether you know it or not. So what exactly happens during Out Of Body? When you astral project, your astral body comes out from your physical form. Most often this happens during sleep when your body is resting. Another common question that many people ask is where one goes when one astral projects. The astral body travels to the astral plane, which is essentially an invisible duplicate of the Earth. This plane vibrates more quickly than the physical Earth, and these vibrations penetrate to the core of the Earth. The astral plane is also defined by some as another dimension of reality. Most agree that there are many levels to the astral plane. It is natural at this point to wonder whether or not Out Of Body is dangerous in any way. The answer is both yes and no. We have already established that the astral body cannot permanently leave the physical body, and that everyone is capable of Out Of Body. But, just like anything you do, you need to be able to think effectively. Solid thinking skills are required so that you can go where you want and know what you plan to accomplish. Out Of Body while you’re under the influence of drugs or alcohol can be somewhat risky. When you’re not in total control of yourself, your astral body is limited to the lowest and most hazardous levels of the astral plane. If you’re not careful, there is a danger of psychological harm. It is essential that you know what it is you do and where it is you want to go. Your goal is to consciously astral project. You need to have complete control of what your astral body is doing. Your thoughts control your Out Of Body. If you have the right assistance to prepare yourself, learning Out Of Body can be easy and even possible to do in a short time. There are professionals who offer lessons, but most people prefer to practice this natural talent in their own home. There are also plenty of resources both online and in books which can help you to prepare yourself. If you’re not convinced that you can astral project, think back to one of those dreams you've had where you're flying, then falling. This was an Out Of Body, not a dream. The flying you experienced was your astral body travelling and the falling sensation was your astral body returning to your physical body.
