- Out Of Body Experience Techniques There are a number of different Out Of Body Experience techniques available for people to use to help them astral project. With every person being an individual, what works for one person will not necessarily work for another. Many people run into difficulties with various methods though, not because the method doesn’t work, they are not able to relax. Complete and total relaxation is essential to making any Out Of Body Experience techniques successful. Part of the reason for the inability to relax is fear. This is very common with those that are just starting to relearn how to astral project. This fear comes from false beliefs that a person could die or be harmed because of the Out Of Body Experience. In an effort to help squash those fears the Canterbury Institute, who is known for their occult studies, conducted a research study. A group consisted of 2000 individuals, all participated in Out Of Body Experience. The institute discovered not a single person, who followed the seven steps of Out Of Body Experience was harmed in anyway. More importantly these people were followed for three years and not one person complained of any problems. Now all concerns and fears can be put aside to rest. Lets take a look at seven of the techniques of Out Of Body Experience that are pretty easy. These techniques have been successful for quite a few people, many in fact. One that is known is the Monroe and consist of seven steps of Out Of Body Experience or the seven techniques of Out Of Body Experiences:- * You must first relax your mind and body. There are several techniques that can be used for relaxation. An easy one to do is deep breathing, calmly and slowly. Deeply inhale and then deeply exhale. Then relax every muscle throughout the body one at a time by tightening them and then relaxing them, start at your toes and work your way up through your body. * Next a hypnotic state is now necessary and this is where your body and mind border on going to sleep. You don't want to go to sleep. Use the gazing method to do this and focus on any object, while you lay in bed. Keep staring at this object, until your eyes close, but you are still seeing (with your eyes closed) the object you have been focusing on. * You see the object, your eyes are closed and now you need to move to a deeper state of relaxation. Look around, with your eyes closed and try to see other images in the room. The possibility is that you may see different and varied light patterns. The room may be clothed in a purple light, ignore it. But once you have seen the purple light, you will know you have entered a deeper state of relaxation. Completely relaxed, the awareness of your physical body will no longer be there and an important technique of Out Of Body Experience, according to the Monroe. * This next step is the most vital according to Monroe. With the fourth step you will induce the state of vibration. Those who have been practicing the seven steps of Out Of Body Experience techniques, have stated they feel the vibrations early in the projection. They believe that vibrations are the feelings you experience as the astral body starts to leave the physical body. Just feel the vibrations and do not be alarmed. * You now need to be in control during the state of vibration. To accomplish this you must focus on the vibrations, move them through your body and do this with your mind. Feel the vibrations within your whole body, as if ocean waves are washing over you. Practice this until you are successful bringing these waves to you on demand. When this is accomplished, you are ready to leave the body. * The key element to any Out Of Body Experience or travel is control, your mind has to be the one in power. To help the control to be stranger Monroe suggest at this spot that you practice the partial separation. While having your mind concentrating on the thought of leaving your physical body, first let your foot or hand go of your astral body. Reach them out to and object close to you, as in the floor, the wall, or other object that is familiar, then reach your foot or hand through the object. Then bring your hand or foot back to your physical body,make the vibrations slow down, and stop the session. Keep laying down and let your body fully return to an awake state. There are other methods that you can try, such as the Rope Technique, the Gazing Method, and the Anchor Technique. Spend sometime trying different techniques to see which will work best for you. There is an Out Of Body Experience technique for everyone. There are more ways you can attempt this, as in the Gazing Method, the Anchor Technique, and the Rope Technique. Try out some different methods to discover which one will be best for you. An Out Of Body Experience technique exists for everyone. You should, however, be aware that Out Of Body Experience is not for everyone and to use and become familiar with the seven techniques of Out Of Body Experience takes and requires a lot of practice. |

We also know that the astral body can exit the physical body and will return. However, as with all things you should be sensible. What this means is that you do need good solid thinking skills and know what you want in order to go where you want to go. Astral projecting while in a chemically induced altered state can be dangerous; your astral body will be affected and travel the lower levels of the astral plane, which are more hazardous. Just as if you were out exploring somewhere unfamiliar in the physical world, you need to pay attention to your surroundings and have a destination in mind. However, the real goal of practicing Out Of Body Experience is to train yourself to exercise this ability consciously. When you can get your mind in full control of itself, you’ll be able to do this. With the proper preparation, you can begin learning to astral project in little time. Most people like to do their Out Of Body Experience while alone in the privacy of their home. That said, there are Out Of Body Experience professionals who conduct group astral travel sessions in order to help others learn how to control their Out Of Body Experience and to make the most of the experience.
