astral project kit

We are all born with the ability to astral project. Practice is the only reason some astral project and some do not.

It is an ancient art and has been practiced for centuries deserving the same respect as yoga or meditation. Astral projection is known by different names and types. There are many different techniques to achieve astral projection.

Lucid dreaming is one type of astral projecting. Lucid dreaming is of course when we are conscious of our dreaming this is actually astral projecting. In order to lucid dream, all you need to do is to tell yourself ‘I am dreaming’ while in the dream.

However, it can take some time to become skilled in the technique of lucid dreaming, making this perhaps not the best way for beginners to astral projecting to use in their efforts to astral project.

It is believed that astral projection is very real and that most people have already projected even though they don’t realize it.

When you awake from a dream remembering every single detail, this was not a dream; you were astral projecting.

The key to projecting is to believe that you can do it. This belief will help to eliminate doubts about astral projection and can propel you into becoming a pro.

Learning to relax and meditation is another helpful tool when learning to astral project. Your mind and body needs to be prepared to achieve astral projection. Meditation is a great preparation for the experience. Find a meditation you like and practice it.

One simple way to meditate is sitting in a comfortable spot in a quiet room free of distractions.

Get comfortable and clear your mind of all thoughts.

If negative thoughts continue to work there way back into your head, just continue to push them out. Breathing deeply is the next step, focus on slow, deep breaths. This practice will help you reach ultimate relaxation and help you to transition into astral projection.

Your focus should remain on your breathing. Breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth.

As you become more relaxed, your breathing will become deeper and slower.

Start with your toes and relax your body bit by bit, working your way up to your head. You can do this by either tensing and then releasing each part of your body as you go along. Alternately, visualize all of the stress and tension leaving from each part of your body as you do your deep breathing.

You are going to feel heaviness as each area of your body becomes relaxed. The tension will leave your muscles; your energy will slip away as each part of your body relaxes.

You will be able to feel it when this happens. When this consumes your entire body, you are ready to move on to astral projection.

You’ll find yourself so relaxed that it may be hard to stay focused; you might even be close to falling asleep! To prevent this and to stay working towards your goal, repeat a phrase to yourself. It doesn’t matter what this phrase is anything that you can repeat to yourself easily will do the trick.

Boredom tends to set in when the mind is not stimulated, so you may find yourself losing focus.

If you find yourself doing this, stop the session or to help bring your mind back into focus, continue to repeat your phrase.

Reaching an altered state of consciousness requires several steps. Repeating your motto repeatedly can help you reach the next level. The body of light technique is where you focus on a body of light in your mind and see yourself transforming into this light.

As you start to astral project, there are three signs which you can watch for to know that you are doing so successfully. The first is a sensation of motion, even though your physical body is perfectly still. The second is ‘seeing’ color and light, even though your eyes will be closed.

Voices will tell you to go on and encourage you or tell you to stop now as a warning. When you hear these voices, it means you have succeeded in astral projecting.
