What Out Of Body Experience Tools Should You Use?


Anytime an individual experiences the sensation of floating outside of their body, this is called an OBE or out of body experience. This is an experience that has been scientifically proven to occur and ordinarily happens when a person is very close to death.

The concept of perceiving your own body from a realm or sphere that is outside of your body is what is known as astral projection, which is also an out of body experience. This is not an occurrence that should be ignored or scoffed at. There have been too many different accounts by a variety of people that have experienced an OBE and were able to come back and tell people what was happening in the room around them as people worked to save them.

The term out of body experience started to be used in 1943, instead of the term 'projection.' The out of the body experience used to be termed as 'spirit walking,' which is a more belief centric term. It is important to note that scientists are still doing research on out of body experiences because they don't consider it something that is imaginary.

About 1 out of every 10 people will at some time in their lives, encounter this kind of experience. The statistics are large regarding the number of people that have experienced an out of body experience, so this is something that shouldn't be viewed with skepticism.

A person does not have to be near death to have an out of body experience. There are times that this can happen spontaneously. There are also times that an out of the body experience can be brought on by a mental or physical trauma. As well as when a person has used drugs or slipped into a coma.

There are a plethora of websites on the net that promise a person astral travel and astral projection joys. Astral projection is not a difficult thing for one to do, as long as that person does it the right way. It is believed that astral projection is a natural process, a process that has been since ancient times by ancient people. Unfortunately the generations of the ancients that are here today have forgotten about the art of astral projection. The good news is that out of body experiences do not require a high level of mental power or spiritual awareness or connectivity.

This does not mean that a person doesn't have to concentrate on one point. Understand that your conscious mind is going to hold you back out of fear. The fear that once your astral body is out it won't be able to get back in, hence leaving you an empty shell. This fear is a subconscious fear.

It's believed that a person's astral body is able to leave the physical body for a short period of time. When a person truly believes that he is able to project his astral body from his physical body, he is on his well on his way to succeeding. This is because he has already auto suggested to his conscious mind to completely 'let go'. However, if there is even the slightest bit of fear that the astral body will be able to escape from the physical body and wind up in a permanent state of limbo, a person is much better off not attempting any kind of experimentation.

One the mind has been silenced and you know that you believe the astral body will return you can use mediation or hypnosis to achieve a successful out of the body experience. This should be begin by thinking positively, repeatedly tell yourself that you want to astral travel and that it is safe. Once the mind finally takes over you will find that you are very open to the idea of astral travel.

To get started, locate a peaceful area where you won't be disturbed. Lie down with your arms at your sides and allow your aura to harmonize Mother Nature. Breath deeply, focusing on completely relaxing your physical body in a manner that will allow your astral body to venture forth and explore the dimensions far beyond your mental and physical knowledge. You will soon start to feel your body beginning to tingle. Allow this sensation. Anytime a conscious thought sneaks into your head, push it aside and focus on gentle, deep breathing.

Normally an out of body experience begins with vibrations and a rapid heartbeat. Allow these vibrations to completely engulf you. Make sure you remain calm. Don't allow yourself to become over excited, but the vibrations take over your body, soul, and heart. Before long you find that you have left your physical body and are beginning an exciting astral journey.

For some people, their astral journey ended because a fear overcame them that their astral body was not going to be able to make it back because it was getting to far away. They have also stated that then knew that they weren't dreaming because they knew that they were existing in another realm having experiences there. The key to an out of body experience such as astral travel or projection is believing that you can do it and believing that your astral body will make it back.
