| Understanding Meditation Out Of Body Techniques There are a number of different Meditation Out Of Body techniques available for people to use to help them astral project. With every person being an individual, what works for one person will not necessarily work for another. Many people run into difficulties with various methods though, not because the method doesn’t work, they are not able to relax. Complete and total relaxation is essential to making any Meditation Out Of Body techniques successful. Part of the reason for the inability to relax is fear. This is very common with those that are just starting to relearn how to astral project. This fear comes from false beliefs that a person could die or be harmed because of the Meditation Out Of Body. In an effort to help squash those fears the Canterbury Institute, who is known for their occult studies, conducted a research study. A group consisted of 2000 individuals, all participated in Meditation Out Of Body. The institute discovered not a single person, who followed the seven steps of Meditation Out Of Body was harmed in anyway. More importantly these people were followed for three years and not one person complained of any problems. All fears have been put to rest. Now lets look at some Meditation Out Of Body techniques, which are easy and have been very successful for many people. Monroe Technique is the first and has seven steps of Meditation Out Of Body technique. * Relaxing mind and body is a must. Many techniques for learning to relax are available for you to use. Deep breathing is a simple one to use and is just deep breathing, slow and calm. Inhale deeply and exhale deeply. Relax all your muscles bodily, one at a time, alternately tensing and relaxing them. You can start down at your toes and work your way up. * Enter into the hymnologic state. This is simply the where your mind and body are bordering going to sleep. You don’t want to go to sleep. You can use the gazing method to do this. Focus on an object as you lay in bed, and keep staring at it until your eyes close and you are still able to see the object. * Even as you see the object, eyes closed you need to go deeper into the state you are in. To do this, and this is the best way, look around (eyes still closed) see what you. You might detect varied light patterns and the room may become cloaked in a purple light, pay no attention to this. And when the light is gone and you no longer see it, you know you are in a deeper state. Completely and totally relaxed at this point you are no longer aware of your physical body. An important technique of Meditation Out Of Body, according to the Monroe. * From what Monroe says, this is the most vital of the seven techniques of Meditation Out Of Body. The state of Vibration is the next to accomplish. People who have practiced the techniques of Meditation Out Of Body have noticed they feel these vibrations early into the projections. These people believe the feelings experienced is believed by them that this is the feeling when the astral body leaves your physical body. Nothing to be alarmed about, it is the vibrations you feel. * Now you need to control the state of vibrations. You need to focus on the vibrations, move them all through your body. This is done with your mind. You want the vibrations felt all over your body. Like waves of the ocean washing over you. Practice until you succeed in bringing these waves on as desired. Once you accomplish this and create these waves on demand, you're ready to leave your body. * The component most keyed to Meditation Out Of Body and astral travel, is control of the vibrations using your mind. To strengthen control Monroe recommends you practice and use a \"partial separation.\" Keep your mind focused on the action of leaving the physical body. First start with a hand or maybe a foot and go from the astral body. Stretching them to an object near you like a wall, floor or another familiar object. Now push your hand or foot through that object. When you have succeeded you can return your foot or hand back to your physical body. Slow the vibrations down ending the session. Stay in the position of laying down till your body returns to a fully awakened state.. * Finally, the step where you will leave the body. Follow all the steps from one through six. This time, you are not releasing just a foot or hand from the physical body. You are going to completely move into your astral body. A simple adjustment is needed, an adjustment to step six. You are not going to focus on one small part of your body, but you are going to focus on the entire astral body. Start by thinking how light your body feels, how weightless it is, like a tiny feather gliding in a soft breeze. At this point the astral body should be moving, out of the physical body. You have the sensation of floating or even flying. There are different methods for you to try. One method is the Rope Technique, also the Gazing Method, and then the Anchor Technique. Spending time trying these method to find which is suited to you. There is an Meditation Out Of Body technique for everyone. You just need to find one that is best for you. You will see though that not all people are able to do astral project right off the bat using the techniques listed and a lot of practice is required for some of these. |

Out Of Body Just about everyone has heard of Meditation Out Of Body before. You might have heard someone talking about it or read of it somewhere, perhaps seen it in a film. However, what most of us don’t know is that not only is Meditation Out Of Body real, but it’s something all of us can do – and you’ve probably even done it before, whether you know it or not. But what is Meditation Out Of Body, exactly? This is the ability to leave one's physical body – this is something which often happens while we are sleeping. When our bodies are at rest and our conscious minds largely disengaged, our subconscious remains active. You may not remember doing so, but you have almost certainly had some experience with Meditation Out Of Body. You go wherever you want to go when you project. If you can recall your childhood you may be able to remember having the ability to do this after going to sleep, eventually you forgot, as you got older. There is no such thing as time and distance when it concerns Meditation Out Of Body, you can go anywhere. While you are sleeping, your physical body is asleep. Your astral body travels. This brings us to the next logical question – what is the astral body? The astral body is essentially an invisible 'double' of your physical body. The astral body is also known as the ethereal body, and is the seat of our feelings and desires. You may wonder why the astral body doesn’t just leave and never return. This is because the astral body remains connected to the physical body via a silver cord. This silver cord from your astral body to your physical body was connected at the moment that the two were joined. The cord cannot be severed until death separates the astral and physical bodies for a final time. It is this silver cord that keeps the astral body from permanently straying away. Where is it that your astral body goes in its travels? Your astral body goes to the astral plane, a non-physical duplicate of the physical universe. The astral plane is thought to operate at a different frequency than our own, some saying that it is an alternate universe. Most agree that the astral plane is not a single monolithic place, however. Are there any risks to Meditation Out Of Body? Yes and no. Your physical body is at no risk and nothing can keep your astral body from returning, but there are some dangers. However, the risk is pretty minimal. Just keep a level head and know where you’re going beforehand. The only dangers exist when astral projecting while intoxicated. When you’re not fully in control of yourself, then emotional or psychological damage could result. The most dangerous parts of the astral plane are its lowest levels – exactly where you’re the most likely to end up while under the influence. You should know where you want to go and only astral project when you are in the proper frame of mind to do so. You want to have control over where your astral body goes and what it does. If you have the right assistance to prepare yourself, learning Meditation Out Of Body can be easy and even possible to do in a short time. There are professionals who offer lessons, but most people prefer to practice this natural talent in their own home. You can find various other resources such as books online. For instance, you can create the right state of mind by listening to quality Meditation Out Of Body hypnosis recordings. It will help you relax and walk you through the various stages. This is beneficial since you can continue playing the recording repeatedly until your subconscious mind picks up the message that it is all right for you to leave your body. A new audio technology called binaural beats is also effective at inducing the state of relaxation required for Meditation Out Of Body. Two slightly different frequencies are played over each audio channel, tuning your mind into the proper state to astral project. Don’t be concerned if you find yourself unable to astral project the first time you try. You might not even be able to astral project the second or third time you try. Realize that this is a skill that you will need to practice. You do not have to acquire this ability; it is one we all have. We simply have forgotten how and must fine tune this inherent ability. Are you still not sure about Meditation Out Of Body? Here’s an example of Meditation Out Of Body we’ve all had. Everyone has those dreams where they’re flying, then begin to fall; and wake up. These aren’t dreams at all, but an experience of astral projecting. When you feel like you’re in flight, this is your astral body moving through the non-physical plane. The falling sensation is the feeling of your astral body returning to earth and re-entering your physical body. Meditation Out Of Body is very real and with a little work, you can learn to do it anytime you like. |
