Myths and Mysteries There are a number of different How To Obe techniques available for people to use to help them astral project. With every person being an individual, what works for one person will not necessarily work for another. Many people run into difficulties with various methods though, not because the method doesn’t work, they are not able to relax. Relaxation must be total, complete. Don't pay much attention to it. When the light can no longer be seen, you will have entered into a deeper state. So thoroughly and completely relaxed, you are no longer aware of your physical body and according to the Monroe seven steps of How To Obe technique, this is very important. * According to Monroe, this step is the most vital. You will need to enter the state of Vibration. Many people that have been practicing How To Obe techniques for awhile note that they feel these vibrations early on in the projection. It is believed by them that this is the feeling you experience when the astral body begins to leave the physical body. Do not be alarmed, just feel the vibrations. * Now control the vibration while in this state. Focus, make the vibrations move through your body. This is done with your mind. You want to feel the vibrations through your whole body. Like waves washing over you. Practice this until you can feel the waves anytime you want them. When you can create waves on demand successfully you are ready to leave the body. * The component most keyed to How To Obe and astral travel, is control of the vibrations using your mind. To strengthen control Monroe recommends you practice and use a \"partial separation.\" Keep your mind focused on the action of leaving the physical body. First start with a hand or maybe a foot and go from the astral body. Stretching them to an object near you like a wall, floor or another familiar object. Now push your hand or foot through that object. When you have succeeded you can return your foot or hand back to your physical body. Slow the vibrations down ending the session. Stay in the position of laying down till your body returns to a fully awakened state.. There are other methods that you can try, such as the Rope Technique, the Gazing Method, and the Anchor Technique. Spend sometime trying different techniques to see which will work best for you. There is an How To Obe technique for everyone. There are more ways you can attempt this, as in the Gazing Method, the Anchor Technique, and the Rope Technique. Astral Travel - How To obe Just about everyone has heard of How To Obe before. You might have heard someone talking about it or read of it somewhere, perhaps seen it in a film. When we astral project, where do our astral bodies go? They go to their natural element, the astral plane: an ethereal counterpart to the physical world. Experts are not all in agreement about exactly how the astral plane works, but they generally agree that there are many different levels which make up the astral plane and that it is tuned to a slightly different rate of our vibration than our own. We can’t perceive it with our physical senses, but our astral bodies can travel through this plane of reality with ease. Are there any dangers associated with How To Obe? Yes and no – you should be careful in your astral travels just as you would when going somewhere with your physical body. Generally speaking though, your astral body can sense danger and return to your physical body without suffering any harm.
