Not one have had any problems. Now that any concerns or fears should be gone, let's examine several different types of Free Astral Projection techniques, which are quite simple and have worked for several people. The 1st one is called the Monroe Technique. There are 7 primary steps to this particular Free Astral Projection technique. * Relaxing mind and body is a must. Many techniques for learning to relax are available for you to use. Deep breathing is a simple one to use and is just deep breathing, slow and calm. Inhale deeply and exhale deeply. Relax all your muscles bodily, one at a time, alternately tensing and relaxing them. You can start down at your toes and work your way up. * Enter into the hymnologic state. This is simply the where your mind and body are bordering going to sleep. You don’t want to go to sleep. You can use the gazing method to do this. Focus on an object as you lay in bed, and keep staring at it until your eyes close and you are still able to see the object. * Now When you have successfully seen the object with your eyes closed, you can now deepen the state you are in. Look around (with eyes still closed) is the best way. Look around see what you can see. You will, possibly see different patterns of light, you might also notice the room cloaked in purple light. Don't pay much attention to it. When the light can no longer be seen, you will have entered into a deeper state. So thoroughly and completely relaxed, you are no longer aware of your physical body and according to the Monroe seven steps of Free Astral Projection technique, this is very important. * This is the most vital step, according to Monroe. You to enter a state of Vibration. Many who have been practicing the seven techniques of Free Astral Projection, find that the vibrations are felt early in the projection. And they believe this is felt when you experience the astral body beginning to leave the physical body. Do not be afraid and feel the vibrations. * You now need to be in control during the state of vibration. To accomplish this you must focus on the vibrations, move them through your body and do this with your mind. Feel the vibrations within your whole body, as if ocean waves are washing over you. Practice this until you are successful bringing these waves to you on demand. When this is accomplished, you are ready to leave the body. * Use your mind- A key component to astral travel and projection is control and your mind is the one in control. Monroe recommends that to help in the strengthening of this control, you can practice a \"partial separation.\" Keeping focused, with your mind, on leaving the physical body. Starting first with a foot or a hand of the astral body and stretching it towards a familiar object. Maybe a floor, ceiling or wall. Now, which ever extremity you choose, push it through that object. Then pull back and return back to the physical body. Slow down the vibrations, end the session and stay unmoving where you are laying until you have returned to a fully awakened state. * With this step you will finally leave your body. Follow steps one through six. This time your whole body will be used, not just a foot. Move completely into your astral body. A simple adjustment to step six is required. This time you are focusing on releasing the astral body instead of one appendage. Focus on releasing the astral body Thinking how light it feels. As weightless as a cloud, you can float like a feather in a light breeze. Now the astral body should move out and away from the physical body, you feel as though you are floating, or even flying. Several other methods are available for you to try. One is the Rope Technique, and there is the Gazing Method, and also the Anchor Technique. Take some time and spend it practicing the seven steps of Free Astral Projection techniques and see what works best for you. There is a astral technique available for everyone and there is one for you. Free Astral Projection truly is a life changing experience for everyone who tries it and by using these techniques it is possible for anyone who wishes to, to experience it. |

Explained Just about everyone has heard of Free Astral Projection before. You might have heard someone talking about it or read of it somewhere, perhaps seen it in a film. What you might not know is that you can astral project – anyone can, in fact. You’ve already done so, though you might not remember it. First though, what is Free Astral Projection? To put it in the simplest possible terms, Free Astral Projection is leaving your physical body. It’s something that often happens when you go to sleep. As your body rests, your conscious mind does as well – but your subconscious remains active. This is when we are most likely to astral project, although most people do it without having any memory of the act. Free Astral Projection allows you to travel to any place you can imagine. You can visit the past, explore the future or go anywhere in the present that you focus your mind on. Your astral body knows no distance and can go anywhere and to anytime while your body is asleep. This brings us to the next logical question – what is the astral body? The astral body is essentially an invisible 'double' of your physical body. The astral body is also known as the ethereal body, and is the seat of our feelings and desires. You may wonder why the astral body doesn’t just leave and never return. This is because the astral body remains connected to the physical body via a silver cord. The silver cord first connects as the astral body enters the physical body. This is not exhausted until after death when the astral body leaves the physical body for the last time. This silver cord prevents the astral body from not returning. When we astral project, where do our astral bodies go? They go to their natural element, the astral plane: an ethereal counterpart to the physical world. Experts are not all in agreement about exactly how the astral plane works, but they generally agree that there are many different levels which make up the astral plane and that it is tuned to a slightly different rate of our vibration than our own. We can’t perceive it with our physical senses, but our astral bodies can travel through this plane of reality with ease. Even though your astral body will always return to you and you are at no danger of physical harm while astral projecting, you should exercise caution since there are some dangers in the astral plane. As long as you use common sense and basic caution though, you’ll be safe. Free Astral Projection while you’re under the influence of drugs or alcohol can be somewhat risky. When you’re not in total control of yourself, your astral body is limited to the lowest and most hazardous levels of the astral plane. If you’re not careful, there is a danger of psychological harm. You should know where you want to go and only astral project when you are in the proper frame of mind to do so. You want to have control over where your astral body goes and what it does. You can learn to astral project very quickly if you prepare properly beforehand. Many individuals prefer to astral project alone in their own home. However, numerous professionals in the field of Free Astral Projection teach various methods to help others gain control and enjoy an enriched experience. You might even like to try both methods of learning how to astral project. There are also a number of books and online resources available. For example, by listening to a quality Free Astral Projection hypnosis recording, you can enter the right state of mind. This type of recording will help you fully relax and will take you through the necessary stages. The advantage of a recording over a professional session is that you can play the recording multiple times until your subconscious receives the message that it is okay for the astral body to leave the physical body. There have been a number of recent advances in sound technologies, one of which is called 'binaural beats'. Binaural beats work by transmitting slightly varied sound frequencies in each of the listener’s ears. The effect of this is to foster quick entry into a deeply relaxed state of meditation, which is necessary for successful Free Astral Projection. You should not become frustrated when you are not successful at Free Astral Projection when you first begin. You must practice the art to perfect it. It is not something you must acquire, since we are all capable of doing it. However, you need to fine-tune your natural ability since you have forgotten it. Still in doubt about Free Astral Projection? How about an example from your own life? You’ve had those dreams where you’re flying which end with a falling sensation right before you wake up. You weren’t really dreaming – the sensation of flight was what your astral body feels like as it travels. When you felt you were falling, that was your astral body returning to your physical one. Free Astral Projection is a very real ability which you already have. If you devote a little time and effort to practice it, your reward will be being able to enjoy this experience any time you like. |
