Astral projection | Define Astral projection at Dictionary.com

Astral projection is often thought of as 'mystical ', but in fact just about everyone has the ability. In fact, lots of people experience astral projection unaware. So the trick sit is to have control over it and do with it what you want to do.

While we will try to help people learn how to astral project using various methods, one should remember, astral projection is a personal experience so you really need to choose a method that works best for yourself. Also, this article is based on the assumption that you are already familiar with what astral projection is.

The first technique is a relatively simple process consisting of five steps which can be done in bed when you?re about to sleep.

*While lying there, completely relax your body so that you enter a deep state of relaxation. Lie on your back and start tensing then relaxing every muscle in your toes and feet. Work your way upward through your body from your toes to your head. You might feel discomfort or heaviness the first times you try this; but this is normal because you just aren't used to feeling so relaxed.

*Now you will slow down and deepen your breathing as they do in meditation practices. Consciously breathe in deeply and slowly and focus your attention upon the way the air feels as it comes into your lungs and descends into your diaphragm. Now exhale slowly and deeply, focusing your complete attention upon the air leaving your lungs, your nostrils, your mouth. But if you feel yourself drifting off to sleep, focus your attention on the middle of your forehead instead as you breathe.

*Next, shift your attention to how your body is feeling–it should seem to you like some heavy slab of wet clay. If you feel this way, close your eyes and visualize your astral self, the weightless self, floating like a butterfly in a breeze, a bird just drifting on a thermal.

*At this stage is when you may be able to 'see in infrared ', able to make out everything in the dark room in exquisite detail. The room may seem bathed in violet light. If you reach this stage, look up and focus your attention on a light upon or covering the ceiling.

*This is the stage that you?ve been aiming for so you need to go through with it and whatever you do, don?t fall asleep. As you focus on the ceiling light, imagine trying to pull it down onto the bed. As you mentally pull the light towards you, you?ll more than likely experience a floating feeling. Staying conscious, continue pulling the light until you become aware of yourself actually floating and then go ahead, look down and in most cases, you?ll be able to see yourself lying on the bed.

If you?ve experienced this unique phenomenon, well done. You?ve successfully managed to astral project and are now in a position to start exploring with your astral travels. As I?ve mentioned before, different techniques work for different people so if this technique hasn?t worked for you, go ahead and attempt using this next technique.

This is a simple, intense technique called the Gazing Method. All you'll need is an object of your choice to focus on. It must be a physical object that you can look at with your eyes, but otherwise it can be just about anything you choose. A favorite picture, a crystal or gemstone, a scented oil burner…just something of interest to you.

So, having chosen it, just lie in bed and begin gazing fixedly at this object. After a little while your eyelids will grow heavy, but you must keep staring. Next you'll reach a point where your eyes do close but you can still see the object as if they were open. Keep gazing at the object through your closed eyes. You'll come to a point where you want to stand or sit up. Do so, and then don't be surprised when you turn to see your own body lying on the bed!

If neither of these two methods work the first time you try then try again a second time and even a third time. If you still fail to astral project, you need to try one of the other techniques. You can do it so whatever you do, don?t give up. Repeatedly telling yourself that you?re failing will result in anxiety which will only hinders your efforts.

Astral projection is often obstructed or even prevented because your subconscious mind won?t allow. Until your subconscious acknowledges the fact that it?s a natural process for your astral body to leave your physical body, astral projection may not be possible. For beginners who are experiencing this mental block, affirmations can be highly effective at enabling your subconscious to accept the concept of astral projection.

For those who are impatient and are concerned they may grow frustrated too easily with these practices, there are some shortcuts to use to get you astral projecting on one of your very first attempts.

Hypnosis is perhaps the most powerful tool available as it gets you into an ideal state relaxation. Additionally, a really good session will also enable you to grasp and accept the principles of astral projection when you experience it.

Recent advancements in sound technology have brought to light, a concept known as ?binaural beats? which are also proving to be very useful in helping people achieve a state of deep relaxation which is essential for successful astral projection.

Astral project is certainly not difficult, at least not as difficult as many would like you to believe. Don?t forget, its natural ability and something with which we?re all gifted. The methods which have been mentioned in this article are only guides as are any other methods you may come across. Their sole purpose is merely to offer beginners some assistance.

It?s amazing just how many people astral project without even having the slightest idea that they?re doing it and this is simply because astral projection is a natural phenomenon. What needs to be learnt is the ability to astral project while you?re conscious.

While this article is an attempt to help people learn about astral projection using different techniques, you should keep in mind that astral projection is a personal experience so ideally, you need to apply a technique that works best for yourself. Furthermore, we?re taking the liberty of assuming that you are already familiar with the meaning of astral projection.

The first technique is a relatively simple process consisting of five steps which can be done in bed when you?re about to sleep.

*Commencing with your toes, tense up and then relax each muscle. Once you?ve completed doing this with your toes, do the same tense and relax exercise with your feet, followed by the muscles in your lower legs and so on. You need to repeat this exercise on every muscle and part of your body as you work your way up, finally finishing with your facial muscles. It goes without saying that this is best done while lying down on your bed. The fundamental purpose of doing these exercises is to bring about a state of deep and absolute relaxation.

*Next, focus your attention on your breathing; just observe your breathing as a cat watches a mouse, without 'judging ' your breathing. Inhale deeply and slowly and observe the process of the air going into your lungs, your diaphragm. Exhale deeply and slowly, again just observing. You should feel yourself becoming extremely relaxed, but do not allow yourself to drift off into sleep. If you feel that happening, shift your attention to your forehead (your 'second sight ' seat). Do this several times.

*After several of these breathes, begin thinking of how your body feels, which should be like a heavy slab of clay and difficult to move. Once you sense that you feel this way, shift your attention into your astral body, which is weightless and free, nothing like your physical body. Close your eyes and envision your astral Self, a feather in the wind, or a luminous bird.

*At this stage is when you may be able to 'see in infrared ', able to make out everything in the dark room in exquisite detail. The room may seem bathed in violet light. If you reach this stage, look up and focus your attention on a light upon or covering the ceiling.

*See yourself being pulled up into the ceiling light. It's likely that you'll experience a physical sensation of floating and should be able to look down at your own prone physical body on the bed.

Once you reach this stage, you have consciously astral projected for the first time. Now you're ready to astral travel. Here's another method if the above doesn't seem to work for you.

The second technique is known as the gazing method and as with the technique it?s also best suited for when you go to your bed. All you need with this one is an object to focus on such as a picture hanging up, a mark on the wall or even the moon if it?s visible through the window.

Of course, you must make sure you can gaze at the object as you lie in bed. Now, essentially you're going to stare at this object. If you feel your attention wandering, bring it back to the object. You should soon begin to feel your eyelids getting heavy. Just keep staring; eventually your eyes will close but you should still be able to see the object as if your eyes are still open. Don't turn your head; keep 'staring '. You'll come to a point where you want to sit up or stand up, and if you feel yourself do this don't be alarmed if you can see your own physical body lying asleep on the bed.

One thing that?s extremely important is that you realize these techniques don?t always work on your first attempt. In fact, they may not even work on the second or third time you try them but if after that they still don?t work, don?t despair because there are still other techniques.

Astral projection is often hindered or even prevented simply because your subconscious mind refuses to allow it and until such time that your subconscious accepts the fact that its okay for your astral body to leave your physical body you may not be successful. An effective tool for getting past this obstacle is through affirmations which will enable your subconscious to come to terms with the aspect of astral projection.

Being able to astral project after the on the first attempt is simply not possible for some people as their mind needs to be conditioned. Fortunately there are some very powerful tools which can do this for you in a very short space of time.

Hypnosis is perhaps the most powerful tool available as it gets you into an ideal state relaxation. Additionally, a really good session will also enable you to grasp and accept the principles of astral projection when you experience it.

A form of sound technology known as ?binaural beats? has recently become a topic of great excitement thanks to its ability of being highly effective at helping one achieve a state of relaxation which is essential for astral projection.

Remember, astral projection is not mystical or just something for a select few. It's one of your innate abilities–all you need to do is use the right techniques to master it!

It?s amazing just how many people astral project without even having the slightest idea that they?re doing it and this is simply because astral projection is a natural phenomenon. What needs to be learnt is the ability to astral project while you?re conscious.

Let's assume that you are already familiar with the astral plane and you know what astral projection is. The purpose of what follows is to tell you about a few different ways of engaging in astral projection. If you know which methods work best for you, you can know the powerful experience that is astral projection.

First we?ll look at a simple five step process which is a simple technique people can use when they go to bed.

*Your first priority is to achieve a state of deep relaxation by relaxing your body thoroughly. In order to achieve this state of relaxation you need to be lying down. Your goal here is, starting at the lowest point which is your toes, to tense each muscle and then relax it again. Once you?ve worked through your toes, you do the same with you feet, and so you move upwards until you eventually finish with the muscles in your face. Don?t be alarmed if you sense a feeling that your body is heavy as this is perfectly normal.

*This third step focuses on the weightlessness of one?s astral body together with the weight of the physical body. Now that your physical body feels heavy, try to imagine it as being a large piece of lead, heavy and difficult to move in any way. Likewise, focus on just how light your astral body feels, comparable to a large bubble which wants to float away one the slightest hint of a breeze, or some feathers blowing away in the wind. With eyes closed, see your astral self starting to drift away, feeling the complete weightlessness of space. Yes, while your physical body may be heavy and difficult to move, your astral body has no weight at all, free to drift on the wind.

*In this fourth stage that most people will be capable of seeing the room they?re in even though their physical eyes are shut and most also testify that there appears to be a purple glow filling the room. For a beginner, experiencing this for the first time can be nothing short of exhilarating and is in itself, good enough motivation to continue.

*As a beginner, it?s this fifth phase that?s been your number one goal. You need to continue now because after all, you have made it this far. Whatever you do, don?t allow yourself to drift off to sleep. Now, focus all your attention on the ceiling light fitting and mentally try to pull it towards yourself the bed. As you do this, you?ll start to experience a feeling as though you are floating. Remain conscious and continue pulling the light closer until you actually feel yourself starting to float. Now, it is time for you to experience the rewards of your efforts so turn around and look down. You?ll be able to see your physical body lying peacefully on the bed below.

If you?ve experienced this unique phenomenon, well done. You?ve successfully managed to astral project and are now in a position to start exploring with your astral travels. As I?ve mentioned before, different techniques work for different people so if this technique hasn?t worked for you, go ahead and attempt using this next technique.

This second method is commonly known as the gazing technique, which just as with the first method, is also best done when going to bed. The main difference is, with the gazing method, all you require is an object on which you can focus such as a picture hanging on the wall, the moon outside if it?s within view, or in fact anything you choose.

Once you?re comfortable on your bed, begin focusing on the object of your choice. You need to continue focusing, without becoming distracted and looking away, until your eyes start feeling heavy. In reality, no matter how hard you try, your eyes will eventually close and when this happens, you need to continue focusing on the object. Before long you?ll experience a powerful urge to either stand up or to sit up. If this is your first successful projection, standing up and turning around can be a frightening experience for some, given that you?ll see your own body lying on the bed.

You may need to practice these methods several times over before you start getting results, so the important thing is to never give up. If you let yourself grow frustrated or anxious this will only interfere with your ability astral project.

Most importantly, it?s essential to understand that one?s subconscious mind is the biggest obstacle in your path to successful astral projection, no matter what tools or techniques you decide to use. Before one can astral project, you need to convince your subconscious mind that it?s acceptable for your astral body to leave your physical body and one effective means of doing this is through affirmations. Once your subconscious has come to terms with the concept, astral projection becomes easy.

There do exist some shortcuts to becoming able to consciously astral project for those who might not have the patience to try over and over until they get it right. These should enable you to astral project on just your first attempt or second.

Those beginners who experience a block in their path to astral projecting, hypnosis can in most cases prove to be the only tool you?ll ever need. It gets you into an ideal state of relaxation in an incredibly short space of time and also, a quality session will prepare you mentally for your first astral projection experience.

Audio technology has now developed 'binaural beats ' which you can use to deeply relax and open up your subconscious mind to new spiritual experiences.

No, astral project is certainly not as difficult as many may proclaim it to be. After all, it?s a natural ability which we?re all born with. The techniques which have been discussed are merely aides to help you achieve your experience.

The first technique is one that you can do when you've gone to bed for the night. Let's break it down into five steps.

*As you are lying down to go to bed, instead of just letting yourself try to drift off to sleep, use muscle tensing and releasing to enter a deep but conscious state of relaxation. Starting with your feet and toes, tense and then untense every muscle one at a time in your body, working all the way up through your facial muscles. If you feel this is uncomfortable or you feel heavy, that's normal–you aren't used to deep relaxation.

*Now that you?ve managed to achieve a state of deep relaxation, you need to bring your breathing under control and the best way to do this, is by following a technique often taught in meditation. Take deep breath and allow yourself to actually feel the movement of air as it makes its way into your lungs. Now exhale slowly, once again paying attention to the feeling of the air leaving your body. Many people find this difficult as they become so relaxed, they simply fall asleep which of course, is something you need to avoid. Mentally trying to focus on the centre of your forehead will however help you remain conscious.

*This is the stage where you?ll need to be aware of two things in particular, the first being the way your physical body feels and the second being your astral body. Your physical body should feel heavy and difficult to move, almost as one would imagine a large boulder to be. As one pays attention their astral body, try focusing on how you would imagine the weightlessness of bubbles to be, gently drifting on the air currents. Focus on the absolute weightlessness of your astral body, feeling it starting to float away. Keep reminding yourself that your physical body is heavy, while your astral body is completely weightless.

*A large percentage of people attempting to astral project claim that in this stage, they see the whole room they?re lying in, in spite of the fact that their eyes are closed. Additionally, in most cases it seems, people claim that there appears to be purple light, or at least, a purple glow filling the room. If you?ve reached this point then the next thing you need to focus on the light fitting in the centre of the ceiling.

This second tactic is known as the gazing technique and as with the technique discussed above it should also be done when you go to your bed. As the name implies, all you need with this method is an object to gaze at, be it a picture hanging up, the moon if it?s visible through the window or even some form of pendant such as a crystal.

It should also be said now that one?s subconscious mind is perhaps the single biggest hurdle in your road to successful astral projection, irrespective what techniques or tools you decide to employ. In order for you to be able to successfully astral project, your subconscious mind has to be convinced that it?s perfectly acceptable and natural for your astral body to leave your physical body. A highly effective tool available for doing this is by means of affirmations. Once your subconscious has adjusted and learnt to accept the concept, astral projection is very easy.

Being able to astral project after the on the first attempt is simply not possible for some people as their mind needs to be conditioned. Fortunately there are some very powerful tools which can do this for you in a very short space of time.

Hypnosis can be used to make your subconscious mind more welcoming of the fact of astral projection. A rightly trained hypnotist can also descriptively guide your mind through the process of the steps to astral projection so you don't have to be distracted with such worries.

In recent times it has come to light that a form of sound technology known as ?binaural beats? is also highly effective at inducing a state of relaxation which is suitable for astral projection.

No, astral project is certainly not as difficult as many may proclaim it to be. After all, it?s a natural ability which we?re all born with. The techniques which have been discussed are merely aides to help you achieve your experience.

It?s amazing just how many people astral project without even having the slightest idea that they?re doing it and this is simply because astral projection is a natural phenomenon. What needs to be learnt is the ability to astral project while you?re conscious.

It should be mentioned that this article will attempt to present different techniques for those wanting to learn astral projection, based on the assumption that you already know what astral projection is. Also, as every person is different and astral projection is a personal experience, you?ll need to opt for a technique which you find works best for yourself.

First we?ll look at a simple five step process which is a simple technique people can use when they go to bed.

*Starting down at your toes, tense each muscle and then relax it again. Once you repeated this with all your toes, repeat the same exercise with your feet by first tensing them and then relaxing them. You need to continue doing as you continue working your way up your body until you finally finish with your facial muscles. Obviously, this is best done while laying down on your bed and the purpose of doing it is to induce a deep state of relaxation.

*Okay, hopefully you will have achieved a state of deep relaxation, so now you need to control your breathing with slow deep breaths by following a method which has proven to be very popular in meditation. Breathe in deep but slowly and allow yourself to actually feel the air moving into you as it makes its way into your lungs. Now breath out slowly, once again paying attention to the air leaving your body. This is the bit many people find hard due to the extreme relaxation which results. Instead, they simply fall asleep which is of course, the last thing you want to be doing. Focusing on the centre of your forehead will in most cases, help you to remain conscious.

*At this stage is when you may be able to 'see in infrared ', able to make out everything in the dark room in exquisite detail. The room may seem bathed in violet light. If you reach this stage, look up and focus your attention on a light upon or covering the ceiling.

As I mentioned earlier in this article, different techniques work for different people. If this first method has failed you, don?t give up. Simply move on and try the next method mentioned below. Likewise, if this method has worked then you?re on your way to start experimenting astral travelling.

You can do this one, known as the Gazing Method, when you're hitting the hay for night as well. You'll need an object to focus on: the moon through your window or skylight, a lava lamp, even just a nightlight; whatever can hold your attention.

Once you?re lying on your bed, concentrate on the object you?ve chosen. Continue focusing until your eyes become heavier and heavier, until if feels as though you cannot keep them open. No matter how hard you try, they are going to close and when they do, be sure to keep staring at the object, even through your closed eyes. After doing this for some time, you?ll experience the desire to get up off the bed or at least, to sit up. Be warned, if it?s your first projection, standing up and turning around can be an alarming experience as you see your own body lying on the bed.

If you?re really serious about learning to astral project, you need to understand that these methods aren?t always successful on your first attempt. In all likelihood you may not even be successful with your second or third attempt either but if after that they still don?t work, don?t give up because there are still other techniques so simply try again using a new method.

You see, no matter what methodologies you attempt with astral projection or any new spiritual discipline, it's your own subconscious mind which is the main obstacle. Your subconscious mind must feel like it's perfectly alright for the astral body to temporarily depart from the physical body. To this end you can do some affirmations for several minutes every day to re-program the subconscious mind. Remember that all affirmations must be stated in the positive and they cannot be lies. (I.E. do not talk as if you have already astral projected; talk as if you have made the decision to astral project and you know it's perfectly natural to do so).

Astral projection is in fact a natural ability which everyone possesses, with many people actually doing it without being aware of it. However, the aim should be to do it while you?re conscious thereby being able to control what your astral body is doing.

Let's assume that you are already familiar with the astral plane and you know what astral projection is. The purpose of what follows is to tell you about a few different ways of engaging in astral projection. If you know which methods work best for you, you can know the powerful experience that is astral projection.

The first technique is one that you can do when you've gone to bed for the night. Let's break it down into five steps.

*Next, shift your attention to how your body is feeling–it should seem to you like some heavy slab of wet clay. If you feel this way, close your eyes and visualize your astral self, the weightless self, floating like a butterfly in a breeze, a bird just drifting on a thermal.

*See yourself being pulled up into the ceiling light. It's likely that you'll experience a physical sensation of floating and should be able to look down at your own prone physical body on the bed.

If you?ve experienced this unique phenomenon, well done. You?ve successfully managed to astral project and are now in a position to start exploring with your astral travels. As I?ve mentioned before, different techniques work for different people so if this technique hasn?t worked for you, go ahead and attempt using this next technique.

You can do this one, known as the Gazing Method, when you're hitting the hay for night as well. You'll need an object to focus on: the moon through your window or skylight, a lava lamp, even just a nightlight; whatever can hold your attention.

You may need to practice these methods several times over before you start getting results, so the important thing is to never give up. If you let yourself grow frustrated or anxious this will only interfere with your ability astral project.

The truth is that your biggest obstacle to success with astral projection is your very own subconscious, which at first will likely try to guard you against the 'danger ' of your astral body splitting off from your physical body. You can overcome this block with daily affirmations. Just keep them positive and present tense, and acknowledge that you possess the natural ability of astral projection.

Being able to astral project after the on the first attempt is simply not possible for some people as their mind needs to be conditioned. Fortunately there are some very powerful tools which can do this for you in a very short space of time.

Those beginners who experience a block in their path to astral projecting, hypnosis can in most cases prove to be the only tool you?ll ever need. Audio technology has now developed 'binaural beats ' which you can use to deeply relax and open up your subconscious mind to new spiritual experiences.

Astral projection is in fact a natural ability which everyone possesses, with many people actually doing it without being aware of it. However, the aim should be to do it while you?re conscious thereby being able to control what your astral body is doing.

It should be mentioned that this article will attempt to present different techniques for those wanting to learn astral projection, based on the assumption that you already know what astral projection is. Also, as every person is different and astral projection is a personal experience, you?ll need to opt for a technique which you find works best for yourself.

The primary method is a straightforward process consisting of five basic steps which can be done while lying down on your bed.

*Concentrating on the ceiling light you should mentally start trying to pull it towards you and before long, in all likelihood, you?ll more than likely start feeling as if you?re floating. Whatever you do, do not allow yourself to fall asleep at this point because by now you should be fully aware that you?re floating and in many cases, you may also be able to see your physical body lying on the bed below.

If this first technique has not worked for you then don?t give up but instead, simply try the next technique discussed below. On the other hand, if this one has worked then congratulations, you?ve achieved a state of astral projection and are free to start astral travelling.

You can do this one, known as the Gazing Method, when you're hitting the hay for night as well. You'll need an object to focus on: the moon through your window or skylight, a lava lamp, even just a nightlight; whatever can hold your attention.

One thing that?s extremely important is that you realize these techniques don?t always work on your first attempt. In fact, they may not even work on the second or third time you try them but if after that they still don?t work, don?t despair because there are still other techniques.

For those who experience difficulty astral projecting, hypnosis may well prove to be an invaluable tool. Not only does it get you into an ideal state of relaxation, but a quality session will also prepare you for your first astral projection experience.

Recent advancements in sound technology have brought to light, a concept known as ?binaural beats? which are also proving to be very useful in helping people achieve a state of deep relaxation which is essential for successful astral projection.

While we will try to help people learn how to astral project using various methods, one should remember, astral projection is a personal experience so you really need to choose a method that works best for yourself. Also, this article is based on the assumption that you are already familiar with what astral projection is.

The first technique is one that you can do when you've gone to bed for the night. Let's break it down into five steps.

*Perhaps the most difficult part of step two is actually not falling asleep as you becomes more and more relaxed. In order to deepen and slow down your breathing, we follow a technique which is also used for meditation. This involves taking a slow deep breath and at the same time, feeling the air actually move its way down into your lungs. As you then exhale, you once again pay attention to the feeling of moving air leaving your body, ensuring also that you exhale all the air you have. To avoid falling asleep, try focusing mentally on an imaginary dot on the centre of your forehead.

*The third phase is to focus on the concept weightlessness regarding your astral body as well as the real weight of your physical body. By this stage your physical body will be feeling heavy so try to picture it as being a huge lump of clay, heavy and difficult to move. Additionally, you need to focus on how light your astral body feels by comparison. Imagine it to be a large bubble starting to float away up into the air, or even some feathers drifting away on a gentle breeze. Still with your eyes closed, visualize your astral body starting to separate from your physical body and drift away, taking in the feeling of complete weightlessness. Acknowledge to yourself, that your physical body is extremely heavy and almost impossible to move; your astral body on the other hand, has absolutely no weight at all, free to drift on the wind.

*If you get to this stage you're likely to start experiencing exquisite 'night vision ', where just like a cat you can see clearly in total darkness. Also, the room will seem like it's saturated with light, especially purple light. So, now focus your attention upon the light on the ceiling.

Once you reach this stage, you have consciously astral projected for the first time. Now you're ready to astral travel. Here's another method if the above doesn't seem to work for you.

This second tactic is known as the gazing technique and as with the technique discussed above it should also be done when you go to your bed. As the name implies, all you need with this method is an object to gaze at, be it a picture hanging up, the moon if it?s visible through the window or even some form of pendant such as a crystal.

Simply begin focusing all your attention on the object you?ve chosen for the occasion while you are lying down on your bed. Inevitably your eyes will soon start to feel increasingly heavy and irrespective of how hard you try, your eyes will eventually close. This is a perfectly normal part of the process so don?t feel disheartened but instead, you must make sure that you continue staring at the object through your closed eyes. Providing you do this, you will soon start to sense an irresistible urge to sit up or to stand up. Don?t fight this urge as the feeling is coming from your astral body rather than your physical body. You?ll soon realize this though as because when you turn around, you?ll be able to see your physical body lying on the bed.

You may need to practice these methods several times over before you start getting results, so the important thing is to never give up. If you let yourself grow frustrated or anxious this will only interfere with your ability astral project.

Many people still find that conditioning their mind to an extent where astral projection becomes easy can take considerable time but the truth is, there are some incredibly efficient short cuts which can make it possible even after one attempt.

One of the shortcuts is hypnosis. A good hypnotist can tell you what you are experiencing as you enter into the right state of mind, so you don't have to worry about what you 'should ' be experiencing.

In recent times it has come to light that a form of sound technology known as ?binaural beats? is also highly effective at inducing a state of relaxation which is suitable for astral projection.
