astral project dream

Every single man and woman on earth has the ability to astral project. It’s not something which only a few can do in fact, the only difference between those people who can astral project at will and those who rarely do so is practice!

The practice of astral projection has a very long history, just like meditation and yoga. There are many different names by which astral projection is known and many ways that you can astral project.

One of these methods is lucid dreaming. You are probably already aware of what lucid dreaming is. This is when you are able to be conscious within your dream and take control of the experience. All it takes is being able to say ‘I am dreaming’ to yourself while in a dream.

If you keep doing this, you will become conditioned to being aware when you are dreaming.

It may be hard for a beginner to astral project with this random practice.

You have astral projected before, perhaps many times. You may not have been aware that this is what you were doing.

Have you ever remembered a dream vividly upon awakening? The memory is so vivid that it feels as though you actually experienced it. This indicates you had an astral projection.

The key to success in astral projection is to believe you can do it. Any doubts or fears you have will only hold you back and make it harder for you to astral project.

Learn some good meditation and relaxation techniques; these will make it easier for you to astral project. Meditation will get your mind and body ready for the experience of astral projection.

Start practicing relaxation and meditation routines you like to get prepared.

Sitting in a quiet, distraction free room in a comfortable chair is the best way to begin meditating with the goal of astral projection.

Focus on your breathing and make it deep and slow. Let your troubles leave your mind through your mouth as you breathe out. This will allow you to reach the relaxed state perfect for astral projection.

Keep focusing on your breathing breathe out all of your stress. Focus only on talking deep breaths in through the nose, out through the mouth.

Your breaths should grow slower and deeper as you move your focus to relaxing your body.

Work your way up from toes to head, relaxing each part of your body as you go.

There are two ways that you can do this. You can visualize each part of your body relaxing as you go, telling yourself they are relaxing as you do so. You can also tense, then release each part of your body, feeling this tension leaving your body as you exhale.

You are going to feel heaviness as each area of your body becomes relaxed. The tension will leave your muscles; your energy will slip away as each part of your body relaxes. You will be able to feel it when this happens. When this consumes your entire body, you are ready to move on to astral projection.

Although you’re so relaxed by this point that it would be very easy to go to sleep, you need to stay alert. One good way to do this is to recite a sort of mantra to repeat to yourself. Anything will do you can even just say ‘walk the dog, walk the dog’.

When are minds are unoccupied, they tend to wander this can spoil your concentration, making it impossible to astral project. Stay on track by repeating your phrase.

To actually reach an altered state of consciousness, there are several methods. You can repeat your statement to reach this next level. Or you can use the body of light technique. This technique is where you see a body of light in your mind that you envision yourself turning into.

There are three signs which will let you know that you are successfully astral projecting. One is that you’ll experience a sensation of motion, followed by seeing light and color even though your eyes will be closed.

Last, you’ll hear voices. These voices will either be urging you to continue or to stop this is a sure fire sign that you are on your way to astral projecting.
