astral project exit

Everyone is born with the ability to perform astral projection. The only difference between people who do it often and the ones who do not is practice.

An ancient practice that believers say should be treated with the utmost respect, astral projection is similar to yoga and meditation. With several varieties and different forms of projection, this phenomenon has been around for centuries.

Lucid dreaming is one type of astral projecting. Lucid dreaming is of course when we are conscious of our dreaming this is actually astral projecting. In order to lucid dream, all you need to do is to tell yourself ‘I am dreaming’ while in the dream.

When you do this you will wake up within your dream and you will be free to do what you want in the dream. For beginners this can be too random a practice to successfully astral project.

Those who practice astral projection believe that it is very real and that most people have done it without even realizing it.

Have you ever woken up from a dream either in the middle of the night or in the morning and remembered a ‘dream’ that you had the night before really well. As if you had lived it. That was an astral projection.

It is very important to have confidence that you can astral project. This will ensure you have a better chance of being successful at having an astral projection experience.

Meditation and other relaxation techniques can help you start getting ready to astral project. Meditation is probably the best way to begin; look for a meditation technique which allows you to achieve the total relaxation needed to astral project.

Sitting in a quiet, distraction free room in a comfortable chair is the best way to begin meditating with the goal of astral projection.

You need to clear all thoughts from your mind and focus on your breathing. Breathe slowly and deeply. Feel your tension and worry leaving your body with each exhalation. Before long, you’ll be nearing the deeply relaxed state necessary to astral project.

Keep focusing on your breathing breathe out all of your stress. Focus only on talking deep breaths in through the nose, out through the mouth.

The breaths you take should come from deep down inside. As your breathing slows down, focus more and more on relaxing your body.

Starting from your toes, work upwards, relaxing every part of your body as you proceed. You can do this by either tensing then relaxing each part of your body or by moving up, visualizing each part of you relaxing as you go.

You’ll begin to feel heavy and limp as you release all of the tension and negative energy. After you have relaxed your entire body, then it’s time to move on to the next step in starting to astral project.

You’ll find yourself so relaxed that it may be hard to stay focused; you might even be close to falling asleep! To prevent this and to stay working towards your goal, repeat a phrase to yourself. It doesn’t matter what this phrase is anything that you can repeat to yourself easily will do the trick.

This works because the mind will wander when given nothing else to do and your focus and relaxation will be ruined. If you lose focus, you’ll have to start all over again. Keep repeating your phrase to stay on track as you prepare to astral project.

In order to astral project, you’ll need to reach an altered mental state. This can be done by simply repeating your phrase. You can also use the “body of light” technique, which many practitioners find to be helpful. In this technique, you need to visualize your body transforming into a body of light.

There are three signs to watch for that will indicate that you are beginning to astral project. One is having a sensation of motion, followed by ‘seeing’ light and color (even though your eyes will be closed).

You will probably hear voices. These voices will warn you to stop or tell you to go ahead. You will know you have been successful in astral projection when you get to this stage.
