Different Astral Projection Travel Techniques There are a number of different Astral Projection Travel techniques available for people to use to help them astral project. With every person being an individual, what works for one person will not necessarily work for another. Many people run into difficulties with various methods though, not because the method doesn’t work, they are not able to relax. Relaxation must be total, complete. It's essential for any of the seven techniques of Astral Projection Travel to be successful. The inability to relax is caused by fear. It's common among those just learning these techniques. The fears are the result of false beliefs that maybe harm, or even death could come to the person who is trying astral project. To help alleviate those fears the Canterbury Institute conducted and researched a study. The Canterbury Institute is well know for their studies of the occult. This study was done on 2000 people, all of whom participated in Astral Projection Travel. What the institute found was that there wasn’t a single person in that followed Astral Projection Travel techniques were harmed in anyway. What is even more important is that they followed those people for the last three years. Not a single participant have complained of any problems. All fears have been put to rest. Now lets look at some Astral Projection Travel techniques, which are easy and have been very successful for many people. Monroe Technique is the first and has seven steps of Astral Projection Travel technique. * Initially just relax. It is most important for you to relax your mind and body. Many techniques are available to be used for relaxation. Breathing exercises are just one way. Deep breathing, a simple one, just deep breathing, slow and calmly. Inhale deeply and exhale deeply, relaxing all your muscles, one at a time. Tensing them and relaxing them, start with the toes and work your way up your whole body. Slowly and steadily. * Next induce a hypnotic state. This is where your body and mind are on the border of going to sleep. Don't go to sleep. Use another called the gazing method of focusing your mind on an object somewhere in the room while you are laying on a lounge or in bed. Focus, keep staring at it until you close your eyes and still see the object. * Once you see the object with your eyes closed you are going to need to deepen the state you are in. The best way to do this is to look around (keeping your eyes closed) and see what you can see. It is possible that you may see different light patterns, you may notice that the room is cloaked in a purple light. Don’t pay to much attention to it, once you stop seeing the light you will know that you have entered a deeper state. You are so completely relaxed at this point that you will no longer be aware of your physical body. This is important according to the Monroe technique of Astral Projection Travel. * This is the most vital step, according to Monroe. You to enter a state of Vibration. Many who have been practicing the seven techniques of Astral Projection Travel, find that the vibrations are felt early in the projection. And they believe this is felt when you experience the astral body beginning to leave the physical body. Do not be afraid and feel the vibrations. * Now you need to control the state of vibrations. You need to focus on the vibrations, move them all through your body. This is done with your mind. You want the vibrations felt all over your body. Like waves of the ocean washing over you. Practice until you succeed in bringing these waves on as desired. Once you accomplish this and create these waves on demand, you're ready to leave your body. * The key component to Astral Projection Travel and astral travel is to have control, that your mind is the one in power. To help strengthen this control Monroe recommends at this point you practice a 'partial separation.' Keeping your mind focused on the idea of leaving the physical body, first let a hand or a foot go of the astral body. Stretch them to an object that is near you, such as the wall, the floor or another familiar object, then push your hand or foot through that object. Once you do that, return your foot or hand back to the physical body, slow down the vibrations and end the session. Stay laying down until your body has returned to a fully awake state. * This is the step where you will leave the body. Again following all of the previous steps, only this time instead of releasing just a hand or foot from the physical body you are going to move completely into your astral body. This requires a simple adjustment to step six. Instead of focusing on releasing one appendage, you are going to focus on releasing the astral body, by thinking about how light it feels, how weightless you are, how you are as light as feathers blowing in the breeze. The astral body should be moving out of the physical body, you feel as though you are floating, or flying. * Finally, the step where you will leave the body. Follow all the steps from one through six. This time, you are not releasing just a foot or hand from the physical body. You are going to completely move into your astral body. A simple adjustment is needed, an adjustment to step six. You are not going to focus on one small part of your body, but you are going to focus on the entire astral body. Start by thinking how light your body feels, how weightless it is, like a tiny feather gliding in a soft breeze. At this point the astral body should be moving, out of the physical body. You have the sensation of floating or even flying. Several other methods are available for you to try. One is the Rope Technique, and there is the Gazing Method, and also the Anchor Technique. Take some time and spend it practicing the seven steps of Astral Projection Travel techniques and see what works best for you. There is a astral technique available for everyone and there is one for you. You will see though that not all people are able to do astral project right off the bat using the techniques listed and a lot of practice is required for some of these. |

Travel Tool Should You Use? Just about everyone has heard of Astral Projection Travel before. You might have heard someone talking about it or read of it somewhere, perhaps seen it in a film. What you might not know is that you can astral project – anyone can, in fact. You’ve already done so, though you might not remember it. First though, what is Astral Projection Travel? To put it in the simplest possible terms, Astral Projection Travel is leaving your physical body. It’s something that often happens when you go to sleep. As your body rests, your conscious mind does as well – but your subconscious remains active. This is when we are most likely to astral project, although most people do it without having any memory of the act. Astral Projection Travel allows you to travel to any place you can imagine. You can visit the past, explore the future or go anywhere in the present that you focus your mind on. Your astral body knows no distance and can go anywhere and to anytime while your body is asleep. The next question is what the astral body is. It is the ethereal body. The astral body is the invisible duplicate of the body. It houses all our desires and feelings. Does the astral body leave and not return? A silver cord connects the physical and astral bodies together. This silver cord from your astral body to your physical body was connected at the moment that the two were joined. The cord cannot be severed until death separates the astral and physical bodies for a final time. It is this silver cord that keeps the astral body from permanently straying away. Where is it exactly that we go when astral projecting? You visit the astral plane which is to the physical universe as your astral body is to your physical body. There is no universal agreement among the experts about exactly how the astral plane is structured but most agree that the astral plane is an alternate reality which vibrates at a different rate than our own, just slightly out of sync with the universe we inhabit physically and that there are many different levels to the astral plane.. Even though your astral body will always return to you and you are at no danger of physical harm while astral projecting, you should exercise caution since there are some dangers in the astral plane. As long as you use common sense and basic caution though, you’ll be safe. The danger is when you astral project when your mind is clouded or incapacitated. For example, if your mind is impaired by alcohol or drugs, you might end up in bad places. These places are the lower levels of the astral plane. This is why it is crucial that you know where you plan to go and what you plan to do there. Your goal is to astral project with deliberation. You should have complete awareness and control of the actions of your astral body. This control comes from your thoughts. With the right preparation, Astral Projection Travel can be learned very quickly. There are professional Astral Projection Travel instructors who can show you how to do this, though most people prefer to learn and practice astral projecting in the comfort of their own home. The internet is a good place to find help with your Astral Projection Travel training. Especially good are Astral Projection Travel hypnosis recordings. These recordings are designed to help you achieve the meditative state needed to astral project. A lot of people prefer these recordings to one on one lessons since they can be listened to repeatedly until their subliminal messages reach the subconscious and your body reaches a state of total relaxation. A new audio technology called binaural beats is also effective at inducing the state of relaxation required for Astral Projection Travel. Two slightly different frequencies are played over each audio channel, tuning your mind into the proper state to astral project. Like any ability, even those which we’re born with it can take some time to master astral projecting. We all have this ability naturally, but you’ll have to be patient and keep trying. You might not succeed the first few times, but if you keep trying, you’ll learn how to use this inborn capability. Still need to be convinced? When did you last dream you were flying and then felt as though you were falling? As the astral body, moves through the astral plane it, feels like flying. The sensation of falling comes when the astral body comes back into the physical body. Astral Projection Travel is not imaginary; it is very real! Anyone can do it and experience its benefits if they only take some time to hone this natural ability. |
