Astral Projection Technique There are a number of different Astral projection technique available for people to use to help them astral project. With every person being an individual, what works for one person will not necessarily work for another. Many people run into difficulties with various methods though, not because the method doesn’t work, they are not able to relax. Complete and total relaxation is essential to making any Astral projection technique successful. Part of the reason for the inability to relax is fear. This is very common with those that are just starting to relearn how to astral project. This fear comes from false beliefs that a person could die or be harmed because of the astral projection. In an effort to help squash those fears the Canterbury Institute, who is known for their occult studies, conducted a research study. The study was performed on two thousand individuals, all of these people were involved in doing astral projection. The institute discovered was that no person was harmed following Astral projection technique. What is more interesting is that they did follow up on the people for the last 3 years. Not one have had any problems. All fears have been put to rest. Now lets look at some Astral projection technique, which are easy and have been very successful for many people. Monroe Technique is the first and has seven steps of astral projection technique. * Firstly you need to relax. You need to relax your body and mind in preparation. Several techniques are available to you and are simple to use. Deep breathing is one and very simple. You breath everyday, but now you are going to breath deeply, slow and calmly. Do deep inhales and exhale deeply as well. Relax all your muscles one by one. Tensing first and then relaxing them. Start with your toes and work upward toward you head. * Next induce a hypnotic state. This is where your body and mind are on the border of going to sleep. Don't go to sleep. Use another called the gazing method of focusing your mind on an object somewhere in the room while you are laying on a lounge or in bed. Focus, keep staring at it until you close your eyes and still see the object. * Even as you see the object, eyes closed you need to go deeper into the state you are in. To do this, and this is the best way, look around (eyes still closed) see what you. You might detect varied light patterns and the room may become cloaked in a purple light, pay no attention to this. And when the light is gone and you no longer see it, you know you are in a deeper state. Completely and totally relaxed at this point you are no longer aware of your physical body. An important technique of astral projection, according to the Monroe. * This is the most vital step, according to Monroe. You to enter a state of Vibration. Many who have been practicing the seven techniques of astral projection, find that the vibrations are felt early in the projection. And they believe this is felt when you experience the astral body beginning to leave the physical body. Do not be afraid and feel the vibrations. * Control the vibration state. To accomplish this concentrate on the vibrations and succeed in getting them to move through the body. You do this using your mind, your desire is for your whole body to have the vibrations, like waves rolling over you. It will take practice for you to encourage these waves to start as you want. Once you can do this step you are ready to exit your body. * The key element to any astral projection or travel is control, your mind has to be the one in power. To help the control to be stranger Monroe suggest at this spot that you practice the partial separation. While having your mind concentrating on the thought of leaving your physical body, first let your foot or hand go of your astral body. Reach them out to and object close to you, as in the floor, the wall, or other object that is familiar, then reach your foot or hand through the object. Then bring your hand or foot back to your physical body, make the vibrations slow down, and stop the session. Keep laying down and let your body fully return to an awake state. * With this step you will finally leave your body. Follow steps one through six. This time your whole body will be used, not just a foot. Move completely into your astral body. A simple adjustment to step six is required. This time you are focusing on releasing the astral body instead of one appendage. Focus on releasing the astral body Thinking how light it feels. As weightless as a cloud, you can float like a feather in a light breeze. Now the astral body should move out and away from the physical body, you feel as though you are floating, or even flying. Different methods are available for you to avail yourself of them. Other techniques which are available are the Rope Technique, Gazing Method, and the Anchor Technique. If you spend time trying these techniques, you will find a technique that is good for you. A technique exist for everyone and there is one out there for you. You should, however, be aware that astral projection is not for everyone and to use and become familiar with the seven techniques of astral projection takes and requires a lot of practice. |
| Can Anyone Use Astral
Projection Technique? Just about everyone has heard of Astral Projection Technique before. You might have heard someone talking about it or read of it somewhere, perhaps seen it in a film. What you might not know is that you can astral project – anyone can, in fact. You’ve already done so, though you might not remember it. You need to understand what Astral Projection Technique really is. Astral Projection Technique is the ability of an individual to leave his or her body. Everyone has the ability to do this; everyone does this when he or she lay down to sleep at night. While sleeping the physical mind is resting and the subconscious mind takes control. A person astral projects while this is happening. However, the majority may never remember astral projecting. Through Astral Projection Technique, a person is able to go wherever they want. If you try to remember your childhood, you will likely remember being able to do this at night when you went to bed. As you got older, you began to forget. It is possible to travel anywhere, since you are not bound by time or distance in Astral Projection Technique. When you are asleep, only the physical body sleeps. It is your astral body that is able to travel. This brings us to the next logical question – what is the astral body? The astral body is essentially an invisible 'double' of your physical body. The astral body is also known as the ethereal body, and is the seat of our feelings and desires. You may wonder why the astral body doesn’t just leave and never return. This is because the astral body remains connected to the physical body via a silver cord. This silver cord from your astral body to your physical body was connected at the moment that the two were joined. The cord cannot be severed until death separates the astral and physical bodies for a final time. It is this silver cord that keeps the astral body from permanently straying away. When we astral project, where do our astral bodies go? They go to their natural element, the astral plane: an ethereal counterpart to the physical world. Experts are not all in agreement about exactly how the astral plane works, but they generally agree that there are many different levels which make up the astral plane and that it is tuned to a slightly different rate of our vibration than our own. We can’t perceive it with our physical senses, but our astral bodies can travel through this plane of reality with ease. Even though your astral body will always return to you and you are at no danger of physical harm while astral projecting, you should exercise caution since there are some dangers in the astral plane. As long as you use common sense and basic caution though, you’ll be safe. When you’re intoxicated, Astral Projection Technique can be hazardous. Psychological damage can be caused by Astral Projection Technique while you’re not in control of yourself. When you don’t have all your wits about you, you can only travel the lowest (and most dangerous) levels of the astral plane. You should know where you want to go and only astral project when you are in the proper frame of mind to do so. You want to have control over where your astral body goes and what it does. With the right preparation, Astral Projection Technique can be learned very quickly. There are professional Astral Projection Technique instructors who can show you how to do this, though most people prefer to learn and practice astral projecting in the comfort of their own home. There are also plenty of resources both online and in books which can help you to prepare yourself. Astral Projection Technique hypnosis recordings are an aid which many find helps them to relax and begin projecting. These recordings can be played on repeat until they reach your subconscious and you begin to astral project. Something called binaural beats, a new audio recording technique have made it possible for many people to astral project. Two frequencies which are just slightly different are listened to, one in each year. The result is that your brainwaves tune to the proper frequency for astral projecting. Astral projecting takes some practice, so be patient with yourself. Much like walking, it’s something we can do naturally – but you do need to practice and refine this ability before you can use it at will. You may fail the first time, the second or even more, but you will soon be able to astral project. Are you still not sure about Astral Projection Technique? Here’s an example of Astral Projection Technique we’ve all had. Everyone has those dreams where they’re flying, then begin to fall; and wake up. These aren’t dreams at all, but an experience of astral projecting. When you feel like you’re in flight, this is your astral body moving through the non-physical plane. The falling sensation is the feeling of your astral body returning to earth and re-entering your physical body. Astral Projection Technique is very real. Anyone can do it and find benefit in it. However, you do have to invest time in fine-tuning your natural ability in order to reach the kind of success you desire with Astral Projection Technique. It will become easier to do once you begin your journey while projecting. |
