Astral Projection Methods There are a number of different Astral Projection Methods techniques available for people to use to help them astral project. With every person being an individual, what works for one person will not necessarily work for another. Many people run into difficulties with various methods though, not because the method doesn’t work, they are not able to relax. Complete and total relaxation is essential to making any Astral Projection Methods techniques successful. Part of the reason for the inability to relax is fear. This is very common with those that are just starting to relearn how to astral project. This fear comes from false beliefs that a person could die or be harmed because of the Astral Projection Methods. In an effort to help squash those fears the Canterbury Institute, who is known for their occult studies, conducted a research study. The study included 2000 people, and all participated in Astral Projection Methods. What was found in the research by the institute was not one person, who followed the seven techniques of Astral Projection Methods harmed in anyway. And more important, they followed those people for three years and not one individual complained of any problems. Now all concerns or fears can be forgotten and laid to rest and we can look at some of the seven techniques of Astral Projection Methods. They are easy to use and have been very success for any number of people. The Monroe Technique is the first of the seven techniques of Astral Projection Methods. * Firstly you need to relax. You need to relax your body and mind in preparation. Several techniques are available to you and are simple to use. Deep breathing is one and very simple. You breath everyday, but now you are going to breath deeply, slow and calmly. Do deep inhales and exhale deeply as well. Relax all your muscles one by one. Tensing first and then relaxing them. Start with your toes and work upward toward you head. * Enter into the hymnologic state. This is simply the where your mind and body are bordering going to sleep. You don’t want to go to sleep. You can use the gazing method to do this. Focus on an object as you lay in bed, and keep staring at it until your eyes close and you are still able to see the object. * Once you can see the object with closed eyes and you need to deepen this state you are in. The best way is to look around (eyes closed) see whatever you can see. It's possible you may see different forms of light patterns and may even notice the room has become cloaked in a purple light. Ignore this and don't pay any attention to it. When you have stopped seeing this light you'll know that you've entered a deeper state. Being so completely relaxed, you will no longer even be aware of your physical body. An important happening according to the Astral Projection Methods techniques of Monroe. * This step four is most important with Monroe. You have to enter the Vibration state. Several people who have been doing Astral Projection Methods techniques for a long time say they feel the vibration early in the Astral Projection Methods. It is thought by these people that the feel of vibration is what happens when the astral body starts to leave your physical body. Don't be alarmed, only feel these vibrations. * Control the state of vibration. To do this focus on the vibrations and make them move through your body. Do this with your mind, you want your entire body to feel the vibrations, as if waves are washing over you. Keep practicing this until you are able to bring these waves on when you want to. Once you are able to create these waves on demand you are ready to leave the body. * The key element to any Astral Projection Methods or travel is control, your mind has to be the one in power. To help the control to be stranger Monroe suggest at this spot that you practice the partial separation. While having your mind concentrating on the thought of leaving your physical body, first let your foot or hand go of your astral body. Reach them out to and object close to you, as in the floor, the wall, or other object that is familiar, then reach your foot or hand through the object. Then bring your hand or foot back to your physical body, make the vibrations slow down, and stop the session. Keep laying down and let your body fully return to an awake state. * With this step you will finally leave your body. Follow steps one through six. This time your whole body will be used, not just a foot. Move completely into your astral body. A simple adjustment to step six is required. This time you are focusing on releasing the astral body instead of one appendage. Focus on releasing the astral body Thinking how light it feels. As weightless as a cloud, you can float like a feather in a light breeze. Now the astral body should move out and away from the physical body, you feel as though you are floating, or even flying. There are several methods you can try. One is the Rope Technique, another the Gazing Method, and another the Anchor Technique. Work with these for a while and see which ones will work best for you. You are sure to find the seven steps to Astral Projection Methods techniques that will suite you. Spend some time working and learning them. However, be aware that Astral Projection Methods is not for everyone and using the techniques described in this article require a lot of practice. |

Astral Projection Methods Just about everyone has heard of Astral Projection Methods before. You might have heard someone talking about it or read of it somewhere, perhaps seen it in a film. However, what most of us don’t know is that not only is Astral Projection Methods real, but it’s something all of us can do – and you’ve probably even done it before, whether you know it or not. You need to understand what Astral Projection Methods really is. Astral Projection Methods is the ability of an individual to leave his or her body. Everyone has the ability to do this; everyone does this when he or she lay down to sleep at night. While sleeping the physical mind is resting and the subconscious mind takes control. A person astral projects while this is happening. However, the majority may never remember astral projecting. When you astral project, there are no limits to what you can do or where you can go. When you were young, you could do this with ease in your sleep. As we get older most of us lose our knack for this and we need to practice again to do it at will. You probably want to know what your astral body is – it's an invisible duplicate of your physical body which is made of our emotions and our desires. Your astral body will always return to your physical body – the two are connected by a silver cord. The silver cord is there for your entire lifetime. From the moment of your birth, the silver cord is there, connecting your two bodies and is not cut loose until your astral body leaves the physical body behind at death. Where do people go during astral projecting? Your astral body goes to an ethereal, astral duplicate of the physical universe, another plane of reality. The exact nature of the astral plane is unknown, but experts agree that it is made up of different levels, each vibrating to a different frequency than the physical plane. Naturally, you may question as to the dangers of Astral Projection Methods. Yes and no is the answer. Astral Projection Methods is something we are all capable of doing. We also know that the astral body can exit the physical body and will return. However, as with all things you should be sensible. What this means is that you do need good solid thinking skills and know what you want in order to go where you want to go. Astral Projection Methods while you’re under the influence of drugs or alcohol can be somewhat risky. When you’re not in total control of yourself, your astral body is limited to the lowest and most hazardous levels of the astral plane. If you’re not careful, there is a danger of psychological harm. Just as if you were out exploring somewhere unfamiliar in the physical world, you need to pay attention to your surroundings and have a destination in mind. However, the real goal of practicing Astral Projection Methods is to train yourself to exercise this ability consciously. When you can get your mind in full control of itself, you’ll be able to do this. If you take the time to get properly prepared ahead of time, you might find that you are able to astral project quite quickly. There are also many professionals in this field that teach different ways of helping a person gain the necessary control to have a better experience, though many people prefer to astral project alone, from the comfort of home. The web is an excellent source of information on Astral Projection Methods. You can find resources like Astral Projection Methods hypnosis recordings which can put you in the proper frame of mind to astral project. Since you can listen to these recordings over and over until your body is completely relaxed and your astral body receives the message to leave the physical world, these often work better than a session with a professional. A new audio technology called binaural beats is also effective at inducing the state of relaxation required for Astral Projection Methods. Two slightly different frequencies are played over each audio channel, tuning your mind into the proper state to astral project. You may not be successful on the first few tries, but don't let this discourage you. Astral Projection Methods takes practice just like any other skill. It's a natural ability, but it does take some time and patience before you'll be an expert at it. Are you still not sure about Astral Projection Methods? Here’s an example of Astral Projection Methods we’ve all had. Everyone has those dreams where they’re flying, then begin to fall; and wake up. These aren’t dreams at all, but an experience of astral projecting. When you feel like you’re in flight, this is your astral body moving through the non-physical plane. The falling sensation is the feeling of your astral body returning to earth and re-entering your physical body. Astral Projection Methods is not imaginary; it is very real! Anyone can do it and experience its benefits if they only take some time to hone this natural ability. |
