Astral Projection Meditation Techniques There are a number of different Astral Projection Meditation techniques available for people to use to help them astral project. With every person being an individual, what works for one person will not necessarily work for another. Many people run into difficulties with various methods though, not because the method doesn’t work, they are not able to relax. Relaxation must be total, complete. It's essential for any of the seven techniques of Astral Projection Meditation to be successful. The inability to relax is caused by fear. It's common among those just learning these techniques. The fears are the result of false beliefs that maybe harm, or even death could come to the person who is trying astral project. To help alleviate those fears the Canterbury Institute conducted and researched a study. The Canterbury Institute is well know for their studies of the occult. This study was done on 2000 people, all of whom participated in Astral Projection Meditation. What the institute found was that there wasn’t a single person in that followed Astral Projection Meditation techniques were harmed in anyway. What is even more important is that they followed those people for the last three years. Not a single participant have complained of any problems. Now all concerns or fears can be forgotten and laid to rest and we can look at some of the seven techniques of Astral Projection Meditation. They are easy to use and have been very success for any number of people. The Monroe Technique is the first of the seven techniques of Astral Projection Meditation. * Relaxing mind and body is a must. Many techniques for learning to relax are available for you to use. Deep breathing is a simple one to use and is just deep breathing, slow and calm. Inhale deeply and exhale deeply. Relax all your muscles bodily, one at a time, alternately tensing and relaxing them. You can start down at your toes and work your way up. * Enter into the hynagogic state. This is simply the where your mind and body are bordering going to sleep. You don’t want to go to sleep. You can use the gazing method to do this. Focus on an object as you lay in bed, and keep staring at it until your eyes close and you are still able to see the object. * Once you see the object with your eyes closed you are going to need to deepen the state you are in. The best way to do this is to look around (keeping your eyes closed) and see what you can see. It is possible that you may see different light patterns, you may notice that the room is cloaked in a purple light. Don’t pay to much attention to it, once you stop seeing the light you will know that you have entered a deeper state. You are so completely relaxed at this point that you will no longer be aware of your physical body. This is important according to the Monroe technique of Astral Projection Meditation. * From what Monroe says, this is the most vital of the seven techniques of Astral Projection Meditation. The state of Vibration is the next to accomplish. People who have practiced the techniques of Astral Projection Meditation have noticed they feel these vibrations early into the projections. These people believe the feelings experienced is believed by them that this is the feeling when the astral body leaves your physical body. Nothing to be alarmed about, it is the vibrations you feel. * Now you need to control the state of vibrations. You need to focus on the vibrations, move them all through your body. This is done with your mind. You want the vibrations felt all over your body. Like waves of the ocean washing over you. Practice until you succeed in bringing these waves on as desired. Once you accomplish this and create these waves on demand, you're ready to leave your body. * The key component to Astral Projection Meditation and astral travel is to have control, that your mind is the one in power. To help strengthen this control Monroe recommends at this point you practice a 'partial separation.' Keeping your mind focused on the idea of leaving the physical body, first let a hand or a foot go of the astral body. Stretch them to an object that is near you, such as the wall, the floor or another familiar object, then push your hand or foot through that object. Once you do that, return your foot or hand back to the physical body, slow down the vibrations and end the session. Stay laying down until your body has returned to a fully awake state. * This is the step where you will leave the body. Again following all of the previous steps, only this time instead of releasing just a hand or foot from the physical body you are going to move completely into your astral body. This requires a simple adjustment to step six. Instead of focusing on releasing one appendage, you are going to focus on releasing the astral body, by thinking about how light it feels, how weightless you are, how you are as light as feathers blowing in the breeze. The astral body should be moving out of the physical body, you feel as though you are floating, or flying. There are other methods that you can try, such as the Rope Technique, the Gazing Method, and the Anchor Technique. Spend sometime trying different techniques to see which will work best for you. There is an Astral Projection Meditation technique for everyone. There are more ways you can attempt this, as in the Gazing Method, the Anchor Technique, and the Rope Technique. Try out some different methods to discover which one will be best for you. An Astral Projection Meditation technique exists for everyone. However, be aware, not everyone is able to astral project using the above techniques. These techniques take time and patience to learn and require a lot of practice by you. |
| Astral Projection Meditation And OBE Just about everyone has heard of Astral Projection Meditation before. You might have heard someone talking about it or read of it somewhere, perhaps seen it in a film. What you might not know is that you can astral project – anyone can, in fact. You’ve already done so, though you might not remember it. First though, what is Astral Projection Meditation? To put it in the simplest possible terms, Astral Projection Meditation is leaving your physical body. It’s something that often happens when you go to sleep. As your body rests, your conscious mind does as well – but your subconscious remains active. This is when we are most likely to astral project, although most people do it without having any memory of the act. You go wherever you want to go when you project. If you can recall your childhood you may be able to remember having the ability to do this after going to sleep, eventually you forgot, as you got older. There is no such thing as time and distance when it concerns Astral Projection Meditation, you can go anywhere. While you are sleeping, your physical body is asleep. Your astral body travels. What is your astral body? It is a non-corporeal and invisible double of your physical self. It is the manifestation of your subconscious mind and as such represents your core desires and your willpower. What keeps your astral body from leaving permanently and wandering the universe? Your physical body and your astral body have an unbreakable bond referred to as the silver cord. This cord keeps your two beings connected from the moment you’re born until your last breath. As long as you live, your astral body will always come back to your physical form after its travels. Another common question that many people ask is where one goes when one astral projects. The astral body travels to the astral plane, which is essentially an invisible duplicate of the Earth. This plane vibrates more quickly than the physical Earth, and these vibrations penetrate to the core of the Earth. The astral plane is also defined by some as another dimension of reality. Most agree that there are many levels to the astral plane. It is natural at this point to wonder whether or not Astral Projection Meditation is dangerous in any way. The answer is both yes and no. We have already established that the astral body cannot permanently leave the physical body, and that everyone is capable of Astral Projection Meditation. But, just like anything you do, you need to be able to think effectively. Solid thinking skills are required so that you can go where you want and know what you plan to accomplish. Astral projecting while in a chemically induced altered state can be dangerous; your astral body will be affected and travel the lower levels of the astral plane, which are more hazardous. It is essential that you know what it is you do and where it is you want to go. Your goal is to consciously astral project. You need to have complete control of what your astral body is doing. Your thoughts control your Astral Projection Meditation. You can learn to astral project very quickly if you prepare properly beforehand. Many individuals prefer to astral project alone in their own home. However, numerous professionals in the field of Astral Projection Meditation teach various methods to help others gain control and enjoy an enriched experience. You might even like to try both methods of learning how to astral project. There are also a number of books and online resources available. For example, by listening to a quality Astral Projection Meditation hypnosis recording, you can enter the right state of mind. This type of recording will help you fully relax and will take you through the necessary stages. The advantage of a recording over a professional session is that you can play the recording multiple times until your subconscious receives the message that it is okay for the astral body to leave the physical body. A new audio technology called binaural beats is also effective at inducing the state of relaxation required for Astral Projection Meditation. Two slightly different frequencies are played over each audio channel, tuning your mind into the proper state to astral project. You should not become frustrated when you are not successful at Astral Projection Meditation when you first begin. You must practice the art to perfect it. It is not something you must acquire, since we are all capable of doing it. However, you need to fine-tune your natural ability since you have forgotten it. Are you still not sure about Astral Projection Meditation? Here’s an example of Astral Projection Meditation we’ve all had. Everyone has those dreams where they’re flying, then begin to fall; and wake up. These aren’t dreams at all, but an experience of astral projecting. When you feel like you’re in flight, this is your astral body moving through the non-physical plane. The falling sensation is the feeling of your astral body returning to earth and re-entering your physical body. Astral Projection Meditation is very real and with a little work, you can learn to do it anytime you like. |
