This is when we are most likely to astral project, although most people do it without having any memory of the act. You go wherever you want to go when you project. If you can recall your childhood you may be able to remember having the ability to do this after going to sleep, eventually you forgot, as you got older. There is no such thing as time and distance when it concerns Astral Projection how, you can go anywhere. While you are sleeping, your physical body is asleep. Your astral body travels. So what is the astral body? This is an invisible duplicate of your physical body with no actual substance. Your astral body represents your subconscious will and desire. The silver cord is there for your entire lifetime. From the moment of your birth, the silver cord is there, connecting your two bodies and is not cut loose until your astral body leaves the physical body behind at death. When we astral project, where do our astral bodies go? They go to their natural element, the astral plane: an ethereal counterpart to the physical world. Experts are not all in agreement about exactly how the astral plane works, but they generally agree that there are many different levels which make up the astral plane and that it is tuned to a slightly different rate of our vibration than our own. We can’t perceive it with our physical senses, but our astral bodies can travel through this plane of reality with ease. Can Astral Projection how be dangerous? Well, the answer is a qualified no. While you can’t lose your astral body since the silver cord ensures its return to your physical form, there can be some hazards lurking on the astral plane. As long as you exercise the same basic caution as you would in the real world, however, you should be perfectly safe. Keep your wits about you and know where you want to go before you project there. When you’re intoxicated, Astral Projection how can be hazardous. Psychological damage can be caused by Astral Projection how while you’re not in control of yourself.
