astral projection podcast

The ability to astral project is an innate ability that each and every person is born with. The difference between those that astral project on a regular basis and those that do not know they are doing it is simply practice.

An ancient practice that believers say should be treated with the utmost respect, astral projection is similar to yoga and meditation. With several varieties and different forms of projection, this phenomenon has been around for centuries.

One of these techniques is lucid dreaming, something which is very familiar to most of us. Lucid dreaming is the ability to become conscious within a dream and take control of the happenings within it. All you need to do to begin lucid dreaming is to tell yourself “I am dreaming” while you are in a dream.

If you keep doing this, you will become conditioned to being aware when you are dreaming.

It may be hard for a beginner to astral project with this random practice.

Astral projection is something you have done before, although you may not realize that you have done so.

When you awake from a dream and are able to remember every detail vividly, down to the very smallest elements, you have had an experience of astral projecting. You may have had this happen to you many times this shows you that you can astral project!

Being able to astral project begins with self-affirmation. You need to believe that you have this ability. You’ll have to eliminate all of the doubt that’s been preventing you from astral projecting.

Using relaxation techniques can help you to prepare your body and mind to astral project. Meditation is the best way to get started.

You need to find a meditation technique which works for you in getting you into the relaxed state needed for astral projecting.

All you have to do is get relaxed in your favorite chair at a time when you will have no distractions. Clear your head of everything that is flowing through it.

Focus on your breathing, which should be slow and deep. As you exhale, visualize all of your worries leaving your mind along with your breath. You’ll soon be in a state of deep relaxation ideal for astral projection.

Your focus should remain on your breathing.

Breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth.

Breathe slow and deep, in through the nose and out the mouth, becoming more relaxed with each breath. It is time now to get your body relaxed as you breathe slower and deeper.

Starting from your toes, work upwards, relaxing every part of your body as you proceed. You can do this by either tensing then relaxing each part of your body or by moving up, visualizing each part of you relaxing as you go.

As the tension and negative energies leave your body, you’ll start to feel heavy and deeply relaxed. Once you have finished relaxing your body, you’re ready to move on to the next step.

By now your mind and body are ready for sleep, you need to stay alert. To do this many practitioners recommend that you come up with a line that you can repeat to yourself such as ‘I fly, I fly, I fly,’ you decide what you are going to say as there isn’t a right or wrong thing.

If you begin to get bored as the mind tends to do when it has nothing to focus on, you may have to reel it back in. If you are stuck in this rut, either end the session or use your phrase to bring your mind back into focus.

Reaching an altered state of consciousness requires several steps. Repeating your motto repeatedly can help you reach the next level. The body of light technique is where you focus on a body of light in your mind and see yourself transforming into this light.

You can count on experiencing three main feelings that will let you know that you have reached astral projection, the first is the sensation that you are moving. The second is when you see lights and colors with closed eyes.

Voices will tell you to go on and encourage you or tell you to stop now as a warning. When you hear these voices, it means you have succeeded in astral projecting.
