There are a number of different Astral Projection Blog techniques available for people to use to help them astral project. With every person being an individual, what works for one person will not necessarily work for another. Many people run into difficulties with various methods though, not because the method doesn’t work, they are not able to relax. Complete and total relaxation is essential to making any Astral Projection Blog techniques successful. Part of the reason for the inability to relax is fear. This is very common with those that are just starting to relearn how to astral project. This fear comes from false beliefs that a person could die or be harmed because of the Astral Projection Blog. In an effort to help squash those fears the Canterbury Institute, who is known for their occult studies, conducted a research study. Two thousand people were included in this study, all of the two thousand participated in the studies of the seven techniques of Astral Projection Blog.. The findings of the institute confirmed that not one person, using the seven techniques of Astral Projection Blog, were harmed in anyway. Even more important, the people in this study have also been followed during the past three years and not one person has complained of any problems. Now all concerns and fears can be put aside to rest. Lets take a look at seven of the techniques of Astral Projection Blog that are pretty easy. These techniques have been successful for quite a few people, many in fact. One that is known is the Monroe and consist of seven steps of Astral Projection Blog or the seven techniques of Astral Projection Blogs:- * Initially just relax. It is most important for you to relax your mind and body. Many techniques are available to be used for relaxation. Breathing exercises are just one way. Deep breathing, a simple one, just deep breathing, slow and calmly. Inhale deeply and exhale deeply, relaxing all your muscles, one at a time. Tensing them and relaxing them, start with the toes and work your way up your whole body. Slowly and steadily. * Hypnosis is used frequently to produce a deep state of relaxation. Where your mind and body are so relaxed you fall into a hypnotic state near sleep. Do not fall asleep. You may also use another known as the gazing method by focusing on an object as you lounge on a chair or from a reclining position on your bed.. Focus on an object, staring at it. Close your eyes and you will still see the same object, as if your eyes were open. * Once you see the object with your eyes closed you are going to need to deepen the state you are in. The best way to do this is to look around (keeping your eyes closed) and see what you can see. It is possible that you may see different light patterns, you may notice that the room is cloaked in a purple light. Don’t pay to much attention to it, once you stop seeing the light you will know that you have entered a deeper state. You are so completely relaxed at this point that you will no longer be aware of your physical body. This is important according to the Monroe technique of Astral Projection Blog. * From what Monroe says, this is the most vital of the seven techniques of Astral Projection Blog. The state of Vibration is the next to accomplish. People who have practiced the techniques of Astral Projection Blog have noticed they feel these vibrations early into the projections. These people believe the feelings experienced is believed by them that this is the feeling when the astral body leaves your physical body. Nothing to be alarmed about, it is the vibrations you feel. * Now control the vibration while in this state. Focus, make the vibrations move through your body. This is done with your mind. You want to feel the vibrations through your whole body. Like waves washing over you. Practice this until you can feel the waves anytime you want them. When you can create waves on demand successfully you are ready to leave the body. * The key element to any Astral Projection Blog or travel is control, your mind has to be the one in power. To help the control to be stranger Monroe suggest at this spot that you practice the partial separation. While having your mind concentrating on the thought of leaving your physical body, first let your foot or hand go of your astral body. Reach them out to and object close to you, as in the floor, the wall, or other object that is familiar, then reach your foot or hand through the object. Then bring your hand or foot back to your physical body, make the vibrations slow down, and stop the session. Keep laying down and let your body fully return to an awake state. * With this step you will finally leave your body. Follow steps one through six. This time your whole body will be used, not just a foot. Move completely into your astral body. A simple adjustment to step six is required. This time you are focusing on releasing the astral body instead of one appendage. Focus on releasing the astral body Thinking how light it feels. As weightless as a cloud, you can float like a feather in a light breeze. Now the astral body should move out and away from the physical body, you feel as though you are floating, or even flying. Several other methods are available for you to try. One is the Rope Technique, and there is the Gazing Method, and also the Anchor Technique. Take some time and spend it practicing the seven steps of Astral Projection Blog techniques and see what works best for you. There is a astral technique available for everyone and there is one for you. You will see though that not all people are able to do astral project right off the bat using the techniques listed and a lot of practice is required for some of these. |

Illusion - Try Astral Projection Blog Just about everyone has heard of Astral Projection Blog before. You might have heard someone talking about it or read of it somewhere, perhaps seen it in a film. What you might not know is that you can astral project – anyone can, in fact. You’ve already done so, though you might not remember it. You need to understand what Astral Projection Blog really is. Astral Projection Blog is the ability of an individual to leave his or her body. Everyone has the ability to do this; everyone does this when he or she lay down to sleep at night. While sleeping the physical mind is resting and the subconscious mind takes control. A person astral projects while this is happening. However, the majority may never remember astral projecting. Astral Projection Blog allows you to travel to any place you can imagine. You can visit the past, explore the future or go anywhere in the present that you focus your mind on. Your astral body knows no distance and can go anywhere and to anytime while your body is asleep. So what is the astral body? This is an invisible duplicate of your physical body with no actual substance. Your astral body represents your subconscious will and desire. So why does your astral body always return to the physical realm? It returns because your physical and astral bodies are permanently connected by something commonly known as the silver cord. The silver cord first connects as the astral body enters the physical body. This is not exhausted until after death when the astral body leaves the physical body for the last time. This silver cord prevents the astral body from not returning. Where is it exactly that we go when astral projecting? You visit the astral plane which is to the physical universe as your astral body is to your physical body. There is no universal agreement among the experts about exactly how the astral plane is structured but most agree that the astral plane is an alternate reality which vibrates at a different rate than our own, just slightly out of sync with the universe we inhabit physically and that there are many different levels to the astral plane.. Even though your astral body will always return to you and you are at no danger of physical harm while astral projecting, you should exercise caution since there are some dangers in the astral plane. As long as you use common sense and basic caution though, you’ll be safe. When you’re intoxicated, Astral Projection Blog can be hazardous. Psychological damage can be caused by Astral Projection Blog while you’re not in control of yourself. When you don’t have all your wits about you, you can only travel the lowest (and most dangerous) levels of the astral plane. Exercise the same care you would in a place you don’t know in the physical universe. Just be aware of your surroundings and you’ll be fine. However, the aim of Astral Projection Blog isn’t just to stay safe – it’s to practice the ability until you’re able to do it consciously and be in total control of your thoughts. You can learn Astral Projection Blog with relative ease and in little time if you prepare yourself. You could choose to take lessons with Astral Projection Blog professionals who can teach you some techniques. Alternately, you could do as most people do and learn on your own. There are also a number of books and online resources available. For example, by listening to a quality Astral Projection Blog hypnosis recording, you can enter the right state of mind. This type of recording will help you fully relax and will take you through the necessary stages. The advantage of a recording over a professional session is that you can play the recording multiple times until your subconscious receives the message that it is okay for the astral body to leave the physical body. A new audio technology called binaural beats is also effective at inducing the state of relaxation required for Astral Projection Blog. Two slightly different frequencies are played over each audio channel, tuning your mind into the proper state to astral project. You may not be successful on the first few tries, but don't let this discourage you. Astral Projection Blog takes practice just like any other skill. It's a natural ability, but it does take some time and patience before you'll be an expert at it. Are you still sceptical about Astral Projection Blog? Let’s talk about the times you’ve done it yourself then. Those dreams of flying which end with a sensation of falling right before you awake that we all have – those are not dreams at all! These are Astral Projection Blog experiences. The feeling of flight is your astral body travelling and the feeling of falling is your astral body returning to the physical plane. Astral Projection Blog is something which any one of us can do and it will become easier with practice. |
