astral project exit

We are all born with the ability to astral project. Practice is the only reason some astral project and some do not.

Astral projecting is an ancient practice that should be treated with the respect that it deserves, much like meditation or yoga. There are a variety of types and names that it is known by. There are also different ways to astral project.

One of these techniques is lucid dreaming, something which is very familiar to most of us. Lucid dreaming is the ability to become conscious within a dream and take control of the happenings within it. All you need to do to begin lucid dreaming is to tell yourself “I am dreaming” while you are in a dream.

When you do this you will wake up within your dream and you will be free to do what you want in the dream. For beginners this can be too random a practice to successfully astral project.

You have already astral projected, even if you are not specifically aware of it.

If you have ever woken up in the middle of the night and recalled a dream as if it was real, this is a form of astral projection.

Believing that you can project is the key to achieving it. This faith eliminates doubts and fears about astral projection and helps you to easily achieve projection.

By practicing relaxation techniques including meditation, you can prepare yourself to astral project. Meditation is perhaps the most effective technique to prepare yourself to astral project. The important thing is finding a meditation technique which allows you to become completely relaxed.

To begin meditation, sit in a quiet, peaceful room in a comfy chair, make sure that there are no distractions. As you become relaxed, clear your mind of all stress and day to day problems.

Focus on your breathing and make it deep and slow. Let your troubles leave your mind through your mouth as you breathe out. This will allow you to reach the relaxed state perfect for astral projection.

You then have to be reach an altered state of consciousness. You can simply continue to work on your breathing, your focus now is not going to be to get rid of the stresses, it is to truly focus on the way you are breathing, your head is clear.

The breaths you take should come from deep down inside. As your breathing slows down, focus more and more on relaxing your body.

Begin with your toes and move on up your body telling each part to relax. When you breathe out, tell each part of your body to relax. You can also tense the muscles up first and then relax them, whichever works best for you.

You will begin to feel heavy as if energy is escaping each area of your body, slowly slipping away. Once you are completely relaxed, it is time to move on to the next level of astral projection.

At this point, you’ll be so completely relaxed that you may be tempted to fall asleep. To prevent this and stay focused on your goal of astral projection, repeat a phrase to yourself.

It really doesn’t matter what this mantra is; even ‘ham on rye’ can work. Just choose one and repeat it to yourself.

When our minds have nothing else to do, they tend to wander and this can spoil the concentration you need to astral project. Keep repeating your phrase to stay focused.

In order to astral project, you’ll need to reach an altered mental state. This can be done by simply repeating your phrase. You can also use the “body of light” technique, which many practitioners find to be helpful. In this technique, you need to visualize your body transforming into a body of light.

As you start to astral project, there are three signs which you can watch for to know that you are doing so successfully. The first is a sensation of motion, even though your physical body is perfectly still. The second is ‘seeing’ color and light, even though your eyes will be closed.

Finally there are voices you hear that either encourage you to keep going or to stop, this lets you know that you have achieved astral projection.
