quickest way to astral project

Every single man and woman on earth has the ability to astral project. It’s not something which only a few can do in fact, the only difference between those people who can astral project at will and those who rarely do so is practice!

Astral projection is a technique which has a very long history, just as do yoga and meditation. Astral projection goes by a lot of different names; and there are a lot of different ways you can astral project.

The first type of astral projecting that should be talked about is lucid dreaming. We all know what lucid dreaming is, it is when you are consciously dreaming. One form of this conscious dreaming is astral projecting. You can do this rather simply. What you need to do is when you are dreaming is realize that you are dreaming and say to yourself in the dream ‘I am dreaming.’

Doing this lets you take the reins in your dreams but it takes a while to master this, making it not the best way for beginners to astral project.

You need to accept the fact that astral projection will work.

It is something that happens to everyone, you are just not aware of it.

Have you ever awoken from a particularly vivid dream remembering every detail? You were not dreaming this you were astral projecting.

The key element to astral projection is to know that you can do it. This will help erase any fears or doubts that you may have that could be keeping you from being able to astral project.

By practicing relaxation techniques including meditation, you can prepare yourself to astral project. Meditation is perhaps the most effective technique to prepare yourself to astral project. The important thing is finding a meditation technique which allows you to become completely relaxed.

One good way to start your meditation (and astral projecting) is to sit in a comfortable chair in a quiet room where you will not be interrupted or distracted.

Begin to eliminate all thoughts from your mind and focus on your breathing. You want to take deep, slow breaths in thorough your nose, out through your mouth. If you can remain focused on your breathing, you’ll begin to feel yourself relaxing.

You then have to be reach an altered state of consciousness. You can simply continue to work on your breathing, your focus now is not going to be to get rid of the stresses, it is to truly focus on the way you are breathing, your head is clear.

The breaths you take should come from deep down inside. As your breathing slows down, focus more and more on relaxing your body.

Start with your toes and relax your body bit by bit, working your way up to your head. You can do this by either tensing and then releasing each part of your body as you go along. Alternately, visualize all of the stress and tension leaving from each part of your body as you do your deep breathing.

You are going to feel heaviness as each area of your body becomes relaxed. The tension will leave your muscles; your energy will slip away as each part of your body relaxes.

You will be able to feel it when this happens. When this consumes your entire body, you are ready to move on to astral projection.

You will want to go to sleep by now, but do not do that. Find a way to stay alert. Try repeating a command as some experts recommend such as ‘I’m flying, I’m flying.’ It does not matter what it is, just something to keep you alert enough to avoid falling asleep.

When the human mind is unoccupied, it will tend to wander; this will ruin the concentration you need to astral project. Just keep repeating your phrase to yourself and taking slow, deep breaths.

You have to achieve an altered state of consciousness in order to astral project. You can reach this state by continuing to repeat your phrase to yourself. Another method preferred by many to astral project is the “body of light” method, where you visualize your body transforming into one made of light.

There are three things which you should look out for which will let you know that you have managed to astral project. First, you’ll feel as if you are moving – this is your astral body starting to depart on your journey. Next, you’ll see light and colors even though you’ll have your eyes closed.

Finally, you will hear voices that are going to be telling you to either stop what you are doing or encouraging you to continue. When you get to that third part you have successfully astral projected.
