Astral Experiences Techniques There are a number of different Astral Experiences techniques available for people to use to help them astral project. With every person being an individual, what works for one person will not necessarily work for another. Many people run into difficulties with various methods though, not because the method doesn’t work, they are not able to relax. Complete and total relaxation is essential to making any Astral Experiences techniques successful. Part of the reason for the inability to relax is fear. This is very common with those that are just starting to relearn how to astral project. This fear comes from false beliefs that a person could die or be harmed because of the Astral Experiences. In an effort to help squash those fears the Canterbury Institute, who is known for their occult studies, conducted a research study. The study included 2000 people, and all participated in Astral Experiences. What was found in the research by the institute was not one person, who followed the seven techniques of Astral Experiences harmed in anyway. And more important, they followed those people for three years and not one individual complained of any problems. Now that any fears or concerns should be put to rest, it is time to take a look at a few different Astral Experiences techniques that are fairly easy and have been successful for a lot of people. The first is what is known as the Monroe Technique. There are seven main steps to this Astral Experiences technique:- * You must first relax your mind and body. There are several techniques that can be used for relaxation. An easy one to do is deep breathing, calmly and slowly. Deeply inhale and then deeply exhale. Then relax every muscle throughout the body one at a time by tightening them and then relaxing them, start at your toes and work your way up through your body. * Next a hypnotic state is now necessary and this is where your body and mind border on going to sleep. You don't want to go to sleep. Use the gazing method to do this and focus on any object, while you lay in bed. Keep staring at this object, until your eyes close, but you are still seeing (with your eyes closed) the object you have been focusing on. * Now When you have successfully seen the object with your eyes closed, you can now deepen the state you are in. Look around (with eyes still closed) is the best way. Look around see what you can see. You will, possibly see different patterns of light, you might also notice the room cloaked in purple light. Don't pay much attention to it. When the light can no longer be seen, you will have entered into a deeper state. So thoroughly and completely relaxed, you are no longer aware of your physical body and according to the Monroe seven steps of Astral Experiences technique, this is very important. * According to Monroe, this step is the most vital. You will need to enter the state of Vibration. Many people that have been practicing Astral Experiences techniques for awhile note that they feel these vibrations early on in the projection. It is believed by them that this is the feeling you experience when the astral body begins to leave the physical body. Do not be alarmed, just feel the vibrations. * Control the state of vibration. To do this focus on the vibrations and make them move through your body. Do this with your mind, you want your entire body to feel the vibrations, as if waves are washing over you. Keep practicing this until you are able to bring these waves on when you want to. Once you are able to create these waves on demand you are ready to leave the body. * The component most keyed to Astral Experiences and astral travel, is control of the vibrations using your mind. To strengthen control Monroe recommends you practice and use a "partial separation." Keep your mind focused on the action of leaving the physical body. First start with a hand or maybe a foot and go from the astral body. Stretching them to an object near you like a wall, floor or another familiar object. Now push your hand or foot through that object. When you have succeeded you can return your foot or hand back to your physical body. Slow the vibrations down ending the session. Stay in the position of laying down till your body returns to a fully awakened state.. There are other methods that you can try, such as the Rope Technique, the Gazing Method, and the Anchor Technique. Spend sometime trying different techniques to see which will work best for you. There is an Astral Experiences technique for everyone. There are different methods for you to try. One method is the Rope Technique, also the Gazing Method, and then the Anchor Technique. Spending time trying these method to find which is suited to you. There is an Astral Experiences technique for everyone. You just need to find one that is best for you. You should, however, be aware that Astral Experiences is not for everyone and to use and become familiar with the seven techniques of Astral Experiences takes and requires a lot of practice. |

They go to their natural element, the astral plane: an ethereal counterpart to the physical world. Experts are not all in agreement about exactly how the astral plane works, but they generally agree that there are many different levels which make up the astral plane and that it is tuned to a slightly different rate of our vibration than our own. We can’t perceive it with our physical senses, but our astral bodies can travel through this plane of reality with ease. Are there any dangers associated with Astral Experiences? Yes and no – you should be careful in your astral travels just as you would when going somewhere with your physical body. Generally speaking though, your astral body can sense danger and return to your physical body without suffering any harm. You should however decide where you want to go before projecting to keep the experience as safe as possible. The danger is when you astral project when your mind is clouded or incapacitated. For example, if your mind is impaired by alcohol or drugs, you might end up in bad places. These places are the lower levels of the astral plane. Just as if you were out exploring somewhere unfamiliar in the physical world, you need to pay attention to your surroundings and have a destination in mind. However, the real goal of practicing Astral Experiences is to train yourself to exercise this ability consciously. When you can get your mind in full control of itself, you’ll be able to do this. If you take the time to get properly prepared ahead of time, you might find that you are able to astral project quite quickly. There are also many professionals in this field that teach different ways of helping a person gain the necessary control to have a better experience, though many people prefer to astral project alone, from the comfort of home. There are also a number of books and online resources available. For example, by listening to a quality Astral Experiences hypnosis recording, you can enter the right state of mind. This type of recording will help you fully relax and will take you through the necessary stages. The advantage of a recording over a professional session is that you can play the recording multiple times until your subconscious receives the message that it is okay for the astral body to leave the physical body. Two frequencies which are just slightly different are listened to, one in each year. The result is that your brainwaves tune to the proper frequency for astral projecting. You may not be successful on the first few tries, but don't let this discourage you. Astral Experiences takes practice just like any other skill.
